3 of us got sick on chicken fried chicken and I called mgr he said someone would call us it's been 3 weeks no call poor mgr and service 73.00 for 2 days sick not worth it.

Most people don’t want to hear a “pitch” it’s outdated. People want to be accommodated, good food, good drinks. People know what they want, they don’t want the same rant like robots everytime they come in. Most like personal, not 10 servers coming by every 35 seconds. You’re looking like the next Lubys cafeteria, within 5 years.
Got 3 Ribeye (2 16oz and 1 12oz) that looked like flank steak. They were possibly/maybe 3/8 of an inch thick. Didn't say anything, because it wouldn'tdo any good. They've slipped on the quality. I got the pasta that was good, but the steak should be better, but it wasn't. I'll spend whatever on a meal and not worry about price, but Saltgrass isn't what it use to be. Will be a long time before returning.

Plus the booths are built for tall thin people Sorry I do not have time to follow a link! You guys need quality control bad, other Saltgrass locations are much much much better than this one, we are very disappointed.
