I never write to complain about businesses, but in this case I need to. My husband and son just stopped at this location and placed what was a relatively simple order. Grilled cheese whacky pack, New York hot dog, 3 classic little chickies, 2 fries and two large drinks. They got the order wrong 4 TIMES!! Not just a little off...completely wrong. Had to switch to this Sonic when my kid started high school this yr...they never have enough workers for the morning shift or afternoon shift....I'm sorry but 20 minutes for 2 drinks is ridiculous. The food order is never right and when you say something you get an excuse instead of I'm sorry let me make it right.
