Last I checked, “easy ice” meant less ice. My drink was filled to the brim with ice. I wish I had noticed before I had already driven off.Updated: Changed to 3 stars because 1 seemed a bit harsh in relation to the issue.

It's a typical Sonic, nothing fancy. Service is a little slow (I know they have problems hiring and retaining employees), so cut them some slack. Food is hot when it needs to be, and drinks are cold.
