We go quite often but we we go to the Ridge Road in Rockwall around 8:30 pm they always say there shake machine is broken. It’s not broken they are just cleaning up early to get off. Shame on them 😡

4 starts on food since half the time they don't have some ingredients/items and did not taste the atmosphere since it is all relevant to who you go with or have in the car. Pickle tots don't really treat all that prickly.

My burger meat was dry and tasted old and full of mayonnaise. 😠Could not eat it. They forgot to put lettuce and tomatoes. My drink had a weird taste. Like they pour out syrup and little bit of ice. It was supposed to be a cherry limeade. We spend 22 bucks on two meals. Please do not go to this place. You can get a decent meal at another place for 10 a person.

This is the worst restaurant in Quinlan. For a lot of reasons but mainly for now the app they insist you use it is the worst designed app in the world I hate it it makes me not even want to go there to always have trouble with it I get overcharged orders are wrong food's not good and today they're awning fell down who does that. So for that I'm going to give them two stars and you're not getting that cuz they have good drinks

13min for a small onion ring? Even the carhop thought it was crazy. Which is funny to me for so many reasons. Anyways, everytime I come here there’s always a wait - even for mobile orders. It’s just a terribly run Sonic, tbh.

I am curious if this sonic intentionally gets orders wrong. I have never got the right order here. They are always understaffed... who ever owns it or manages it is completely inept.

order the ultimate meat breakfast burrito. should be called ultimate egg with crumbles of meat breakfast burrito. mostly egg not even one whole piece of sausage like a quarter piece of sausage broken up into little pieces. one piece of bacon. broken up into small pieces to make it look bigger. I really think all these fast food restaurants are starting to take advantage of all of us. when we order an ultimate meat anything, it should have meat in it in abundance. not egg in abundance.
