Went to make my big order at the kiosk. Order taker was patient and asked if I needed sauce and if I wanted the bigger sizes . Food came out quick but the worker apologized for the wait . The food was all there with the sauces . Food was warm and neatly packed . Drinks were filled to the top and had just the right amount of syrups added . All in all great experience please keep up the great customer service

Just come here this one time while on job. I'm sorry I can't rate this place higher then 2 stars because sonic been my favorite restaurant since I was a child, going on 50 years now. But traveling as much as a do you notice the quality differs wildly. The place was clean and staff was very professional, the food was just bland and tasteless at this location.

My order was rushed it was lunch time and my chicken bites was slightly burnt / overcooked and tatter tots salty! Don’t recommend this location ! You have a lot of bad reviews here now that I checked , first thing I do next time . I could have avoided this location !

My roommate needed a shake that had the strawberrys mushed into a pulp because she had recent dental surgery. The manager personally came out to verify our odd order and promptly accomidated our request! I'm a repeat customer because of this level of service.

It took 25 minutes to get a couple of fountain drinks…. All while we could see 4 employees dancing, eating, vaping, and making tik toks from the window instead of actually working. The drinks weren’t even right when we got them. Hire employees with a work ethic and the manager should’ve been making them to the job they’re paid to do. Ridiculous.
To begin with, I didn't get everything I ordered. We were basically the only people there and it took a long time for our order to arrive. Then not to get everything paid for is poor service. Sometimes, you get to a point after you waited so long for your order that you don't even want to ask for what you're missing.

Aug 11 at 3pm, whoever works here sucks at cooking and serving. Our food was smashed, nasty and the guy bringing the stuff out came unprepared, no straws, cup holder or bags to hold everything. And the only bag i had, rip apart as soon as we got home and mess up one of my burgers. Im sure y'all can do better. Come on!

Currently still waiting for 2 drinks - it's not busy at all, and it's been 25 minutes. I can see them inside talking and goofing off, but not working or bringing out orders. Ridiculous to wait this long for two drinks.
