13min for a small onion ring? Even the carhop thought it was crazy. Which is funny to me for so many reasons. Anyways, everytime I come here there’s always a wait - even for mobile orders. It’s just a terribly run Sonic, tbh.

order the ultimate meat breakfast burrito. should be called ultimate egg with crumbles of meat breakfast burrito. mostly egg not even one whole piece of sausage like a quarter piece of sausage broken up into little pieces. one piece of bacon. broken up into small pieces to make it look bigger. I really think all these fast food restaurants are starting to take advantage of all of us. when we order an ultimate meat anything, it should have meat in it in abundance. not egg in abundance.

Horrible service waited 33 minutes for one item ! Then when spoken to manager Dennis he was very aggressive pointing his finger ! I asked for corporate number he replied there isn’t a corporate number ! Will be reporting this company ! This has been the worst experience within my 6 years living in Rockwall !!!
This store does not allow app orders. My husband and I have tried 3 different times to order in the app, and it always has an error. Yes, app is up-to-date, haven't had an issue mobile ordering at Sonic in RC.

Went to make my big order at the kiosk. Order taker was patient and asked if I needed sauce and if I wanted the bigger sizes . Food came out quick but the worker apologized for the wait . The food was all there with the sauces . Food was warm and neatly packed . Drinks were filled to the top and had just the right amount of syrups added . All in all great experience please keep up the great customer service

Just come here this one time while on job. I'm sorry I can't rate this place higher then 2 stars because sonic been my favorite restaurant since I was a child, going on 50 years now. But traveling as much as a do you notice the quality differs wildly. The place was clean and staff was very professional, the food was just bland and tasteless at this location.
