I’ve been eating Soul Man’s BBQ since Royce City was the only location and I just had the best brisket I’ve ever had at any of their locations, in fact some of the best brisket I’ve had in my life. Asst Mgr Luis, who carved my meal (I mentioned I really like the bark) sliced it perfectly so that the news a little bark on most every bite, including some real nice nuggets…I digress. Absolutely fantastic experience at Soulman’s BBQ! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and super knowledgeable — they greeted us right at the door and helped us decide on the perfect combo meals.
