Starbucks has figured out that if you give people a good experience that everyone wins. Every location I've been to in the last 10 months has been amazing and consistently so. I've traveled a little bit.

I don’t typically like to leave bad reviews but the staff here needs to work on their hygiene and their attitude. They always look annoyed when I interrupt them loudly gossiping to order a drink and some of them genuinely do not look or act hygienic. I try to avoid this location

What can I say about Starbucks that everybody doesn't already know? They've got some of the best coffee you can get your hands on. Their service? They rarely have an off-time when the service is not excellent. Their stores are always clean, and their condiments are usually meticulously stocked. On this particular trip, I went very early in the morning, picking up a caramel macchiato with an extra shot for me and a friend; even so, there were people going in minute by minute. They are always busy but always efficient and friendly.

I recently visited this Starbucks with a friend, intending to work for a bit while enjoying our drinks. Within about 10 minutes of sitting down, an employee approached us and told us we needed to order or leave. While I completely understand that businesses rely on paying customers, the way this was handled felt rushed and unwelcoming. It honestly felt racially charged.

I appreciate a welcoming atmosphere where customers can settle in before placing an order, and I’ve never had this issue at any other Starbucks or similar establishment. The interaction felt unnecessary and, frankly, disappointing—especially as someone who made an intentional effort to visit this location.

Aside from this, the café itself is a beautiful space, but the experience left a negative impression. I hope the management reconsiders how they approach customer interactions in the future.

Absolutely love this Starbucks. The staff are always so friendly, the service is great. The store and bathrooms are always kept clean. My favourite place to come sit down and get a ton of work done.
