I love visiting this Starbucks, Candy is amazing super friendly and sweet!! On my way to work I drive by 3 other Starbucks but this Starbucks at Kroger’s is just my favorite.

Ladonna was extremely rude. When me and my friends got there and she didn’t say hello. She gave the people before good service and even made them a free drink. When we got there I ordered a mango dragon fruit me she said “we’re out of that” in a annoyed tone. Then my other friend wanted to order a matcha with strawberry puree and she said “we don’t have strawberry” again in an annoyed tone. Then said “come here repeat your order” to my friend. I said “you know what we’re good, has anyone told you how rude you are” and she said “baby then don’t come here again.”

Very rude customer service.the panini I got was melted into the bag and completely stuck. The drink was not made right at all. It just seemed like they were stuck in that position not wanting to be there.

The older lady working at this starbucks is very rude! We ordered breakfast and I ordered a brown sugar expresso, first she rudely told me to hold on after every word. Then told me to repeat myself 3 times only to end up making a TOTALLY DIFFERENT drink!! I ordered my drink with oatmilk because i am lactose intolerant and she gave me a white mocha with regular milk!! She didnt even TRY to make what i ordered. She made us feel like we inconvenienced her by ordering.
