Placed a mobile order and my wife picked it up and she said the older lady preparing the coffee was the rudest person she'd come in contact with. Another customer waiting for her drink also commented on how rude she was. She even got my drink wrong, I ordered a hot drink and got an iced drink. My wife was going to take it back but since we were running a bit late I told her not to worry. I had read the reviews about a rude lady working there but since they were over a year old I figured management would have taken care of it by now. I was apparently wrong.

Went in at 10:50 in the morning hoping there would be no line and quicker than the other drive thru location , there was no line but no one was ready to take orders which is a first for me

I love visiting this Starbucks, Candy is amazing super friendly and sweet!! On my way to work I drive by 3 other Starbucks but this Starbucks at Krogerâs is just my favorite.

Ladonna was extremely rude. When me and my friends got there and she didnât say hello. She gave the people before good service and even made them a free drink. When we got there I ordered a mango dragon fruit me she said âweâre out of thatâ in a annoyed tone. Then my other friend wanted to order a matcha with strawberry puree and she said âwe donât have strawberryâ again in an annoyed tone. Then said âcome here repeat your orderâ to my friend. I said âyou know what weâre good, has anyone told you how rude you areâ and she said âbaby then donât come here again.â
Cashier was friendly to customer that was there. But was nonchalant when I was ordering. Told her what I wanted and didn't get that. Won't be back to this location.
