We was there in Sunday..they busy but that's doesn't mean to keep reminding them about us but we decide to understand because they busy The food finally comes..my steak was preheating you can till because it's burned and they end tastes weird but I keep silent so my family enjoy their meal ..am not gonna talk about my kids meal and they asking for something and getting something else but looking to my husband and I can till he's not enjoy his food but he keeps silent too When we pay and get at the car asked him about his meal and he said the worst burger ever it's very cold and the meat like a gum you keep chewing it Sorry to said that but was bad experience
My 81 year old mother and i were discriminated against by the young black hostess at the desk alone. We waited 20 minutes after arriving at 3:30. She had a black couple who walked in after us seated first, before us and another couple who was waiting behind us. She pretended to be on the phone and would not look up when i questioned her actions. She was non responsive. We have been going there since the opening 6 years ago. Never been treated this way bfore. Its all on video but im sure it was erased post incident and complaint to the manager. The new normal is hateful. God help them for they know not what they do. I notice that the mgmt only responds positively to the positive reviews everyone else can expect to be neglected. Same when i called the home office. Woke

BEST RIBS EVER!!!! First visit, ordered steak and ribs. Now, every time I go there, I order the full rack of ribs. That way, I can take the rest home and have them for leftovers. I have never ordered another steak from there. Couldn't tell you anything about their steaks. I love ribs, and 15 years later, these are still the best ribs I have ever had.
Texas Roadhouse was great I gave them a 3 star on the food because it was cold, overall 3 star because the bathroom was so dirty this was Saturaday 03/23/2025@ 7pm. We come here every year for my grandson brithday because he loves this place, he love the food and the rolls.

I recently visited Texas Roadhouse and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a margarita, and when my wife, who's 20, took a sip, the waitress immediately ran to her manager to report it. It felt like I was back in high school, and the whole situation was completely unnecessary. The staff should lighten up a bit. It’s a restaurant, not a police state. I bet her parents are thrilled when she's on the clock – at least they get a couple hours without having to deal with a buzzkill. It’s a shame because the food was good, but the vibe was totally ruined by someone acting like a tattletale. Definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon.

It was a very very pleasant experience overall and as always. It was a little noisy but that's to be expected at this particular place. Also I went with my son and daughter-in-law and they're both deaf so it didn't bother them. The only problem I had was that my meat was cooked just a tad too much. But it was still very good. I always enjoy going here. Actually Texas Roadhouse is the only steakhouse I eat at. If I can't go there I cook my own.
