Poor service. Tried to cancel an order from the app order. App said to call the store , so I did. The store told me to call the corporate office for the refund. I still haven’t been reimbursed for the order that I tried to cancel.
I honestly don’t know why that the store level can’t just give me a refund. All this happened on November 21, and I still haven’t gotten a response from anybody
Edit: to respond to the owner from this review is that I already replied to the corporate email and I left them a message without any response. The link that you sent me goes straight to their website that is not useful at all.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your location that left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. After leaving the hospital with a fever of 100.4°F, I drove an hour to get a smoothie bowl
Upon arriving at the drive-thru at 8:42 PM, I requested an Acai bowl, only to be informed by Vee that they were no longer making any food. I found this surprising, as a smoothie bowl is indeed considered food. To clarify, I called another Tropical Smoothie Cafe location and was told that they serve food until 9 PM. This inconsistency was frustrating, especially given my circumstances. After driving back around at 8:57 PM, I was again met with disappointment when Vee stated that they were closed and could not make a smoothie. When I asked her to confirm their food service hours, she wrote down that they do not serve food after 8:45 PM. This is particularly concerning as this marks the second time I have arrived at this location only to find it closed between 8:40 and 8:45 PM. Additionally, I was disheartened by the behavior of the staff during this interaction. There was arguing and yelling at me the customer in front of employees who were counting out the register and turning off the lights at 8:45pm about whether a smoothie qualifies as food, Vee said a smoothie wasn't food, and to contact Kush the manager over the weekend which was quite unprofessional. I believe this situation warrants your attention to ensure better service.

Why are some of your employees slow???
There were only 2 cars in the drive-thru (I was in one of them) and I didn’t have a complicated order. My card got declined which was ridiculous (just got paid today). I also had a prior appointment that I had to reschedule because some of your coworkers were slow with my order.
Please re-train your employees or hire more people!

I am officially done with this place. I walked in to order food and there were a ton of flies flying around uncovered food. I told the cashier Nevermind and she asked me why. When I told her it was because of the flies she said “oh come on flies don’t do anything”. Also I use to stop by and get a chicken quesadilla almost everyday and I noticed that they started putting a lot less chicken and cheese inside of the quesadilla.
Smoothie was absolutely terrible. Do not go here for smoothies.

I showed an employee by the name of Emily, my valid mobile coupon to get a $1.99 smoothie, for taking a survey that was emailed to me. The coupon says to "present" the coupon at time of purchase. Which means in person, it wasn't an automated coupon loaded to my account, She was insistent that it needed to be a QR code instead of the entering the numerical code that's
stated in the email. She eventually said, "I'll just do this for you." Do what for me? Just enter the code that was given to me for doing the survey instead of acting as if you're "letting me slide or get away with something." I've never had a bad experience with or without a coupon until dealing with her. Makes me not want to return to this location at all.

I am usually a frequent customer of the place, and lately they have given terrible service. I was in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes and no one answered. I went to the window and no one answered. I had to go straight inside and they were talking. It's a shame.

Had the most insane experience. My first time trying to eat at this business, I got to the window & the employee greeted me by saying “we’re busy right now, we’re working on catering right now”. Save your time and avoid coming to this location. Beyond the poor customer service, I would not trust the staff here to touch my food.

I love this place, I only use drive thru so have no idea about atmosphere. First time I went for a smoothie, it was okay, I’m not a huge smoothie person to begin with I was just wanting a healthy snack. Then I saw the menu and the food is what keeps me coming back. Fantastic menu options for a “smoothie place”.

Don’t waste your time. My son went inside to order. Not only did it take 15 mins for two wraps they did not make them like he ordered them.
Also, the wraps were sitting in a bag behind the counter and not one person handed it to my son.
We will never be back. Horrible food and service.
