To improve the overall customer experience, I would recommend reassessing front-facing roles. This individual may be better suited for a position focused on food preparation or back-of-house responsibilities, where customer interaction is limited.

Food is great but customer service is very bad. Hispanic lady in the morning is very rude and acts like she hates life. It’s always “what do you want?” No good morning or nothing. I’ve been here a couple times and she’s like this everytime. Makes me not want to come here anymore.

Food could have been better. The taste the look of the flatbread wasn’t that great. I tried this same flatbread from another tropical smoothie the day before and it was delicious and looked like the online picture. But, this location the meal wasn’t that great. Will not be returning to this location. The cashier was nice, but had forgotten my chips that I placed with the order I had to ask for the chips, and the cashier was kind with providing the chips and apologized. Would not recommend this location due to the tasting and presentation of the food order.

Great food, great smoothies, and great staff. There was a very kind gentleman he told me his name was William! He was very attentive and hard working. Too many bad reviews from stupid people. You can’t get a refund on a drink just because you decided to try something new and you ended up not liking it. that’s not how it works, these workers aren’t here to give you free smoothies.

Literally just picked up an online order minutes before writing this review. From the looks of it, bad service is expected here, i wish i had read the reviews before coming to this location. It was my first time ordering at this location, we just moved to the area. Unfortunately, our smoothies were super watered down and did not have a thick consistency. I had great expectations because the Forney location is AMAZING. Because my smoothie was extremely watered down, i feel discouraged from coming back.

I order two drinks and one of the drink added protein and tasted so creamy and I don’t like it. I went back and ask to make another one and the manage said no can’t or get our money back since we didn’t like it and he said no on a smoothie. What kind of customer service is that??! I suggest go to Smoothie King because better customer service and better blend promise that if you don’t like your smoothie they will remake it for you or your refund back

I bought a egg and sausage quesidilla and a smoothie. They can add protein so it's healthy.

Google says they close at 9pm so I got there around 8:25-8:30pm just so they could tell me they weren’t serving food anymore. I saw another google review saying they stop serving food at 8:45pm but I got there 15 minutes before that lol so which one is it? 8:30pm? 8:45pm? 9pm??? If you’re going to stop serving food from your menu before 8:30pm maybe this business should just start closing at 8pm since you’re paying your employees for nothing the last hour and wasting people’s time.

Just went through the drive-through and the employees are so rude. The person taking our order seemed annoyed at us for even being there. I don't know if the person at the window was the same one who took our order but she basically tossed us our food and shut the window without saying a word to us at all. Our receipt says Emily F and if she was the one we dealt with, she should be fired! We will never be back
