If i could leave a 0 star for service i would. Went to the drive through this morning which no one was in the drive thru or parking lot. The girl told me wait a second and 10 minutes pass by. I say hello? in the speaker about 5 times and no response. So i went a parked to go inside. The girl was extremely rude saying I was yelling at her through the speaker? Then she was going off that she’s by herself. How am i supposed to know and how is that my problem?

The employee, June, who took my order and made it was super nice and made everything great. Totally satisfied my craving and then some. Best service of all the times I have been.
I spent 40 minutes waiting in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me. It was ridiculous! Finally pulled to the speaker, tried to order, no one would answer me so I left! I watched about 10 cars get in and out of the drive-through line because of the wait. I hope the owner of this establishment realizes how much business they’re losing from the time it takes for food to be prepared.

Honestly the absolute worst tropical smoothie in all America. How do these smoothies taste so horrible and the same exact kind of smoothie always taste different every single time. Smoothie was so gross last time I couldn't even drink it. Also, they never ever get the order right. I've even gotten food before that wasn't even heated, ingredients added when they weren't supposed to, and ingredients missing when they should have been added. Ordered online just to wait an additional 20 minutes after the ready by time, just for the workers to be doing nothing. It was only a wrap and smoothie and took 40 mins to be ready. I have never seen an adult in the store, only children and it is ran as such. It is very sad this is the only one in Rockwall. What a disappointment. Always hope for different results when I go, just to always be terrible. When will I learn. My significant other won't even eat there anymore and we have eaten tropical smoothie for 7 plus years.
Ordered a paradise point today and it was awful. No flavor, tasted like ice and unripe produce. Probably could have said something but I didn't have time to deal with that nonsense. This has happened on more than one occasion. I have given this place the benefit of the doubt but I'm done for good. I will never go here again.

I went in to pick my order on Sunday at 7pm. Two employees has their air pods in their ears obvious to my existence. One finally noticed me and acted like I was interrupting his life. Without removing his air pods he asked what I wanted, after repeated myself he removed the headset from one ear and ask me repeat myself again

I waited ten minutes in the drive through line for no one to take my money and give me my drink. There was no one else at the store except for one other lady in front of me. When it was my turn to be at the window I sat there for another five minutes for no one to come to window and take my money. One of the workers look me dead in my eyes and just walked past. The service here sucks, go to smoothie king.

This location is so disappointing. I love the food but the service here is TERRIBLE. Its always an abnormally long wait for smoothies and sandwiches but today was extra bad. I pulled up with one car waiting to pay, already done ordering and waited 15 minutes behind this person. I finally pull up and the girl walks away and Im just stuck there with no one coming to take my payment. Finally a different girl walks up and asks me "what I need" and I say my food?? Lol she looks shocked, and says she'll be right back and only comes back with my sandwich not my smoothie...and never comes back. I finally wave another slow bodied teen to come to the window and she does the same thing..."Ill be right back" I do finally get all my food and remind them I need to pay but my goooooodness. Lets work on our customer service and wait times.
