We came here with some friends for Christmas eve dinner, and were pleasantly surprised by the service. Our waitress was funny and full of personality. She made our experience much better. Waffle House has an always open policy and it's nice to see that the staff keeps an attitude that supports that. They all seemed cheerful even though they were working on Christmas Eve. We tipped accordingly. ;)

Literally walked in and walked right back out….2 employees appeared to be asleep in one of the booths… Zero customers…. And SO MUCH trash and food on the floor. I looked at my husband and said “Do you think we on an episode of Punk’d?” It was horrific!!!

Worst customer service and on Christmas Eve! We’ve been eating here for years! The cook was on her phone under her chin the entire time while cooking. I told the waitress I wanted water, she brought me coffee. I ordered hash browns covered, received them with no cheese, told the waitress. She gave my plate back to the cook and she slapped a cold piece of cheese on top without melting it. Told the waitress it’s not melted. She took my plate and loudly threw it in the sink. We left because it was fast being a hostile environment for us. We drove up 30 west and found another Waffle House that treated us with respect.

The Morning Crew was incredibly energetic and welcoming. I also ordered the Texas bacon chicken melt plate. The cook, Derick, cooked my food to perfection. I highly recommend Brittany for excellent customer service and a positive attitude. Derick’s cooking skills are truly great. Thanks again!

My server was amazing and funny, the crew seem unified and ready. Especially that nice girl with the pony tails. Food came out hot and fast i got the all American breakfast with pecan waffles eith chocolate chips.
The cook in the morning Lisa is awesome top notch.. she really deserves a raise promotion r something.. Waffle House is Blessed to have her as an employee. I’m an OTR driver and every time I come in to the yard I come here and she always remembers my favorite foods and cooks them perfectly.. thank u soooo much Lisa for making breakfast great for me..

Was trying to place an order with specific accommodations. You have to go in person and order to go while paying 20% extra for your order. Only to get home and the food is not good. The bacon is burnt. The waffles are mushy. I cannot call the store to complain. I cannot call corporate to complain. So I will leave a review on here and hope that between this and Facebook I get some sort of resolution.

We experienced terrible service during our visit. Our waitress disappeared midway through our meal, and it felt like a burden to get help from other staff.
Recommendation for management: If a team member needs to step away for a meeting or an extended period, please have them inform their tables and let customers know who can assist in their absence. It would make a big difference in ensuring guests feel attended to.
