This place….hole in the wall! Off the main highway a little bit, but well worth it! Gets busy at noon so if you can get there at 11:30…you’re good!
The brisket was moist and had great flavor. The chicken and turkey was not overcooked like so many BBQ places do.
We were driving from Austin to New Mexico and it was the best of three BBQ places that we have eaten at! We eat a lot of BBQ!

The smoked bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos are amazing!! The brisket sandwich and mac & cheese were very good. The baked beans were not for me. The atmosphere is quiet, simple and tastefully decorated.

Passing through town and stopped for gas across the street. Walked over for some sweet tea. After a free sampling of fries we ended up getting food to go. The service was amazing, they packed our food separately to put into our cooler. After a long road trip, it was an amazing dinner. Reheated well and all the flavors were on point. Brisket, Pulled pork, Ribs, Mac n cheese were amazing. We even got peach cobbler and banana pudding, delicious. Only negative is they close at 2pm. When we pass through town again, we will stop again.

Oh my goodness!!! Yes!!! You must stop here!!!! The best brisket !!!! Mac and cheese is amazing and I have got to figure out how to repeat those green beans!!!!! Serving sizes are plenty so come hungry!!!!

I stopped in after a recommendation from a coworker. The staff was friendly and service was quick. My to-go order came out fresh and delicious. My only critique is that my BBQ sandwich, fries, and green beans were all placed together in the same to-go container, so the green bean juice sloshed around and soaked the bread and fries by the time I was able to eat it. I would recommend the staff put any liquids in a separate, sealed container next time. Can’t wait to try it again!

We stopped here, travelling thru in our way back home to AZ. The place, food and atmosphere was all amazing. Portions are huge! Food was way amazing. We tried multiple bbq places during our 8 days in Texas this week and this was the best! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!
