After a romantic drive; what an amazing treat! The staff made us feel comfortable. The food came out hot and tasted delicious! The atmosphere gave well deserved respect to our military personnel!

Ordered the pepper burger, added bacon to it and that was the wrong thing to do. Bacon was not fresh and reheated, dry and hard. Not hard to tell fresh from reheated old bacon, killed the burger and my review.
Great made from scratch foods with daily specials at reasonable prices. Great atmosphere and a great tribute to the men and women who have served their country.
Very cool highway diner that appears in the middle of nowhere! Friendly service and great food with a nice vibe. Walls are covered with pictures of veterans, old and new and each is indexed with a number so you can see their name and information. Multiple generations too with things like "...son of #293." The index can be found on their website or they also have a tri-fold menu style printout that you can look at as well. Love this place!!

We took the drive down based on a friend's recommendation and I am glad we did. Friendly staff and a clean country atmosphere. My liver and onions was okay (great brown gravy) while my girlfriend's chicken fried steak was fantastic. Great desserts as well. No booze but you can byob. You don't need to though as the food is great.Kid-friendliness: Kids that were there had fun and were well behaved. Good family atmosphere.
