Hit or miss. But French fries are never cooked all the way through this location, some fries are hot on the outside and cold on the inside. Or there not gold there still white. This is a CONSISTENT ISSUE at this location, and they ran out diet coke

Went to Burger King to get lunch and ordered the new pickle ranch whopper combo. I noticed that Burger King also released pickle fries and cheesy tots. So I asked the employee if I could swap the fries on the combo for the new tots for an uncharge. He was quick to say fries or onion rings. I said no I want to see if I can upgrade my order for the cheesy tots and again he was quick to say fries or onion rings sir. Again I asked if I couldn't upgrade and and he stated it was only sold as a side. My thought is why would I need two sides. Either this is poor marketing from Burger King or the employee needs better training. How can Burger King expect to sale side items if not able to upgrade. Other competitors offer to pay an uncharged and change the side and discount the fries cost from the meal. I am very upset at the lack of care to where I don't even care to eat my meal anymore. I'm debating if I will still be a customer at this location due to what took place today. I will expect a response from a manager at this location to let me know if this situation was taken care of correctly so I know if I need to get with Burger King corporate office of their poor marketing. Thank You!

Drive-thru customer service very rude while taking order. I ask the BK team member who was the person taking my order and said that the manager took the order. Manager need to be trained again and remember who's paying their paychecks.

Came to this place around 7pm after finding out that the McDonalds with playplace near this location is closed. Since my kid has been requesting to go to a fastfood with play area we ended up here. The service was slow, I understand that due to short staffing. I just find it so rude and disrespectful for the manager to send a staff to ask us and another family who was just about to eat with their little kids to move to another dining area for they are closing the play area to clean. I mean, don't you people have any consideration? We are your customers! We chose that spot for the very obvious reason. Can you not wait until we were done eating or clean up the place after we leave? The other family ate as fast as they can and we hurriedly pack our left overs and left since the crew member already brought back his mop and cleaning bucket. What a horrible experience! Never again will comeback to this place.

Don’t no order from this location ! I received my WHOLE ORDER COLD NOT FRESH AT ALL! I placed a delivery order at 8:47 from BURGER KING NOT DOORDASH my food was delivered to me within 15 minutes. I’ve called 16 times to see if they would be able to remake the order due to the WHOLE order being cold ! No one picked up the phone not ONCE which resulted in me going up to the store I spoke with a manger named Hilda who tried to blame it on DoorDash which wasn’t the case because DoorDash picked up my order 10 minutes after I placed it, I only stay 4 mins away ! I was told to reach out to the district manager named Luis no help there either basically said maybe it was DoorDash also ! I spent $39.39 on a horrible order and can’t get the help that’s needed ! I was told they will remake the order after me having to drive up there which at this point I no longer want because I called 16 TIMES NO ONE PICKED UP THE CALL WHY WOULD I WANT ANYTHING ? Also when I walked in the store the cashier didn’t even greet me, tell me she would be with me in a moment or anything until she seen me look directly at her. Also I had to pay almost $12 in extra fees to have my order delivered so that’s unacceptable !

This BK location is very visible from the road and has a large parking lot, most of the parking spaces are behind the building. Play-place for the kids.Service is quick, probably due to this location not being too busy. The staff is friendly but they don't keep up with cleaning the dining area. Trash on the tables, food crumbs/napkins on the floor, and ketchup/drink spills on the condiments bar.The food tasted as expected, and my burger was pleasantly filled with toppings. The temperature of the food was good too.

My food is always so fresh and hot every time I come. I’m making this review because today the guy at the window was so friendly and made me feel so warm and comfortable definitely one of the best Burger King.
