Time and time again I try to give this place another chance. 4 out of 5 of my entrees were made incorrectly. of course when I tried to call the store, no answer. Next option, email support. Did that and they offered me half of what I spent in Burger King coupons. This location is ran very poorly and is screaming for help. I can confidently say I won’t be coming back here.

The customer service at this location is extremely disappointing.
Romeo assisted me with a very rude attitude. I waited in line while he stood there doing nothing, and after about 10 minutes he finally decided to help me—still with the same bad attitude.
We chose this location because it has a play area for kids. After we ordered and sat down, my children were excited to play. Moments later, the manager, Angie, sent Romeo to tell us that we had to move because the play area was “closing.” It was 8:00 PM, and the posted closing time is 9:00 PM. When I questioned it, Angie clearly did not care and simply processed a refund without any concern or apology.
As we were leaving, the place was completely empty, and I saw Romeo smoking a cigarette inside the store during work hours. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Terrible customer service overall. Angie and Romeo showed no respect for customers. I will not be returning to this location.

Burger King just opened had me move up and wait for my order, the duo deal two for $5 and this whopper jr were trash. The buns were so dam hard as if they had this burgers up for display. It was not the first time this happened here figured I would give it another chance. Believe me if I would have knows this was BS trash, I would have paid for a whopper size one. Trash trash trash! They need to close this place down! Should have just left McDonald there!!

I usually stop by this location, only reason I give it 4 starts on service is cause I asked for a burger without pickles and got it with. Ask for ketchup and ranch. I assumed it will be on the bag but got home an nothing

This is the best burger King in the city, don't bother going to the one in town center, it's trash. This burger king's wait time is always shorter, their food is always fresher and better quality, and their staff are actually nice and helpful. I wasted a year going to the bad one (they lie about the quality of the food and are very rude), don't be me. This is easily the best fast food in Richmond/Rosenberg right here

I visited this location on Friday night and was surprised to see a rabbit in a box being brought into the store and taken behind the counter where food was being prepared. I don’t believe the employee who was touching the rabbit washed their hands before handling food, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. Additionally, I felt rushed with my service as soon as I walked out, the staff closed the doors even though it wasn’t even 9:00 PM yet. Overall, this experience left me disappointed and questioning the standards at this location.
