Best tacos I have ever had by far and I have been to many taco trucks!!! I mean it doesn’t get better than this! I will be a returning customer without a doubt!
I ordered several different things. The chicken Alfredo is super good, it’s a nice portion and hot! The Gordita of chorizo was delicious! The Gordita de fajita was also pretty good. Ordered tacos de pastor and fajita and I must say, the onion and cilantro was not fresh. It tasted like it was couple days old. The meat was decent but the tacos overall were dry. Everything was good but I will say the tacos could be a lot better.
The BEST fish and shrimp tacos ever! Great cajun pasta as well.

Orders are almost always ready in about 10 minutes, making it a go-to for good tacos fast, whether it’s pastor or regular chicken tacos. Despite sharing a bathroom with a gas station, the food is delicious, especially the pastor torta, Birria taco plate, and Cajun pasta. The Birria tacos are loaded and very flavorful, served with consommé, onion, cilantro, and lime. Kairo's Taqueria is recommended for those looking for tasty Mexican food in a unique setting, and customers appreciate the well-seasoned and fresh food, as well as the friendly service.
