The two ladies in the drive thru were trying to help me use my rewards points for my order but we couldn’t get it to work but they still honored them for me and granted me my order. That’s real customer service. I hope they see this and corporate and reward them for it

I'm never in Richmond but I stopped here for a quick lunch while out doing errands. This Dairy Queen was like walking into a time warp. The 90's aesthetic is in tact from a more colorful time. The dining room is impeccably clean. Like how, because the decor is 30 years old. The service was fast and friendly. The food was fresh and well made. The blizzards were like the ones in the commercial. Like, whipped cream for days on the pumpkin pie one. The ketchup packets on...
