We had an amazing experience at Gringo’s thanks to our waiter, Carlo. He was an excellent server — very attentive, friendly, and on top of everything all night. Our drinks were always full, and he checked on us often without ever being intrusive.

I visited Gringo's after not having been there in a long while. I was seated promptly, and my server Finn was prompt and mentioned their holiday specials, including shrimp enchiladas, which I decided to order. That was a great choice, and was absolutely delicious! Finn did a phenomenal job checking back several times, and offered a chance to purchase a "frequent flyer" card that can be used at other locations.
