Food: Tasty and fresh. Cookies were great too. Plenty to select from but you have to ask to get an actual menu. The menu is written on the wall behind the counter and hard to read if the line is long Wait Staff: it was a bit confusing as to which would take our orders. There were plenty of workers but no one seemed to “step up” to a register. Price: Average but adding drinks and cookies can be pricey Cleanliness: fine Bathroom: Didn’t check out
Well, after much hesitation, because these kinds of places are dying concepts, I took a risk, and I went into one of these locations. Nothing symbolizes the place better than MEH ? ..Had their Signature McAlisters Club, and it was drier than a sandwich served on an airplane. It tasted just like one, too. Potato salad was decent.Friendly workers.

Just went over for a little lunch snack, noticed the soup section. They had chicken dumpling soup. First time trying it. It was actually quite good and piping hot! Very impressed at the taste and quality of the soup.
