Since the new management has taken over the service at this location has tanked big time!!! The staff is rude and SLOW!!! The lines have never been so long and I have frequented this location 3-5 times a week for years. I mobile order almost every trip....i mobile ordered today 20 min before I arrived at the store, then waited another 20 min to get my order....my food was cold.
UNACCEPTABLE!!!
I have been to Starbucks all over and never been told that putting honey into my tea was a health code violation! Really??? Why can the other 20 Starbucks I go to put my honey in my tea but the Rosenberg Starbucks calls it a health violation thanks for my tea and my 20 packs of honey I now have to pull over and squeeze into my tea.
