I usually get really good service here but the last two times I’ve been the girl taking my order has been extremely rude. The name on the receipt is Nicole but I’m not entirely sure if it’s her or not. She denied me white rice and when I simply inquired about the reason why she had a harsh tone and attitude. Not even an apology for the inconvenience! Why would menu items be unavailable? It’s not even close to closing time either. Extremely lazy on their part.
everyone was super nice and helpful! we had to wait a little (for what we wanted) and they had apologized multiple times (even though it was our choice to wait) and even offered a free entree/appetizer (we got an eggroll)! overall nice and clean as well :3.
Good food, but the dining table & soda station was sticky.

Panda Express offers a memorable dining experience with top-notch service and fresh food cooked daily. The place is super clean and the food is awesome, with great portions for the cost. The staff, like Nathan, provide attentive and patient service, helping customers choose the perfect dish. The manager kept up with both the in person line and drive thru, apologizing for the wait and refilling near-empty options very fast. The super sweet staff is friendly and efficient, providing excellent customer service. The restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. Customers enjoy a variety of wonderful options, including chow mein and teriyaki, which are cooked well and served fresh.
