Will never stop there again!!!Ate a Cuban sandwich. Had to remove the ham and pork. Did not taste good.Felt sick to my stomach 20 minutes after leaving. Sick all night and next day. Something I have not experienced since 2006. What a waste of time and money!

Just went over for a little lunch snack, noticed the soup section. They had chicken dumpling soup. First time trying it. It was actually quite good and piping hot! Very impressed at the taste and quality of the soup.

Have not been to McAlister since before Covid and this visit was extremely disappointing. I ordered 2 harvest chicken salad sandwiches which came on a croissant.. the chicken salad was a small spoon that didn’t cover the croissant, with a lot of greenery. The sandwich didn’t look anything like the picture on the website that persuades us to order them. Also, I ordered it on online the status showed ready in 15 minutes but after a 30 minute wait with no update on the order I went in and still had to wait for the order? This was a waste of $28.00 that I could have used on something else. SMH in disappointment.

Me and my mom placed an online order here for the Club wrap. I live 30 minutes away and when I got home this is what we opened up. I'm not sure how the kitchen even sent this out. There was no meat on it, barely anything at all. Just tortilla one piece of cheese and lettuce. We called to complain because this is our lunch and it's not like we just live down the road and could turn around. We talked to the manager and she said next time we come in we get 2 free meals in place of this messed up one. We haven't been back because we were so disappointed in the way our food came out. We finally come back 2 months later to give one more try and the manager wouldn't honor our comped meals because she said we had to come back in a two week time frame, but over the phone she told us whenever we come back they would have my name down. The staff here is incredibly rude during our second and definitely final visit. The food was disappointing again. Will not coming back to this location or possibly any of the McAllister's locations again.

This is NOT a deli anymore than Kelly's Deli @Stop n Go. It is a sandwhich shop with other stuff.
Racist staff. Treated my wife horribly.She came in to pick up her order and confirmed with her first and last name. Then the staff member made her read items off of the order to “make sure she wasn’t stealing the food”.Treated her like she was lying the entire time. Was horribly unprofessional and rude. Called to speak to a manager and they refused. They wouldn’t even listen to her complaint.

We ordered two sandwiches to go. I ordered they corned beef on marbled rye. When we got home and we're ready to eat, the rye bread was not as ordered and was hard as a rock. The sandwich was inedible.

I worked part time at this trash place a while back. When it got slow they ALWAYS sent workers home early. So since I had 2 jobs and was the low man on the totem pole I'd get sent home and I was cool with it. So one day I fell I'll at work and I asked a supervisor (main office) if it was OK if I left and she said no problem. I stressed to her I would stay if needed because I needed the job, and she said oh yes it's okay, no worries.. So the next day I go in and I can't clock in, I asked that blonde supervisor what the deal was and she said all dramatic "there's a reason for that!" So I follow her to the office and she hands me a paper to sign, stating I was being terminated for missing too much work. I said are you serious, I asked if I could go home because I was ill and was told it was perfectly fine. She said I left early other times as well and I told her because business was slow and you SENT me home (maybe 3 times in 3 months). She didn't care and demanded I sign a termination paper. Lol So I got it, ripped it to pieces and threw it in her face. Lol She then yelled "gEt oUt oF mA oFfiCe"... I cussed at her as I was leaving in front of customers and yelled you are only mad at me because I won't sleep with you. She was som embarrassed when all the customers started staring at her. LmaoI think the messy wenchs name was Samantha, if I am not mistaking. She can go to H&!!.
