I used to avoid this IHOP due to slow service, even driving an extra 15 minutes to another location just to have a better experience. But I decided to give it another shot recently, and I’m really glad I did. The service was a complete turnaround—fast, friendly, and efficient. Everyone seemed more attentive and welcoming. It definitely feels like improvements have been made, and I’ll be coming back to this location more often now!
The front staff was doing a great job until the manager, Lisa, stepped in on a power trip. We were about to be seated when she interrupted, questioned the team in front of us, and loudly threatened to punish the staff Totally unprofessional and made the whole experience uncomfortable.
The food was great, and the rest of the staff handled themselves well despite the manager’s behavior.

We took my great niece for her birthday for brunch (11:30ish). Peaceful and quiet. Basically empty. Our server was great, should have caught her name. So polite and made sure to check on us a couple of times. A bit pricey for 3 but the food was fantastic. Can't wait to go back again.
