Ingrid was AMAZING. We weren’t sitting in an area that wasn’t hers and waiting for more than 20 min without anybody stopping by. She came and said she noticed we weren’t helped and even though it’s not her area, she wanted to make sure we were taken care of. She gave great service.
I used to avoid this IHOP due to slow service, even driving an extra 15 minutes to another location just to have a better experience. But I decided to give it another shot recently, and I’m really glad I did. The service was a complete turnaround—fast, friendly, and efficient. Everyone seemed more attentive and welcoming. It definitely feels like improvements have been made, and I’ll be coming back to this location more often now!
