I passed by the Jack in the Box in Rosenberg on Ave H. They are a 24-hour location. A miss Amber was the attending Manager. She was very helpful with my order and saw to it my order meet my needs that evening. It was about 3am, and she was so pleasant to speak with . Some places I frequent for my late night delights are very curt , but here , this a.m. I was met with a beautiful smile and cheerful wave . The food was fresh, and my Hi-C drink was enjoyed after a 10 hr shift of endless running . I really enjoyed my meal when I got home. Thanks to Miss Amber and her team , they brought my difficult day to a pleasant end . I highly recommend this Jack in the Box because of their great attitude and great service.

Not a good place to eat. Before it was good, now I just don't care about the food or the people. The place is horrible and smells bad. Needs remolding and upgrade.

I ordered online and even though they were out of the drink I wanted they were so nice to let me pick wtv I wanted they forgot my chocolate cake but it's understandable because of how big the line is and how limited staff they had, I came back and they gave me an extra for the inconvenience. Very good service!

Ordered 3 burger combo meals and 6 x 2 tacos online. Paid with my debit card prior to pick up. When I arrived at drive thru window, they told me they were out of tacos. I was still charged $7.74 for tacos I didn't receive, my total bill was $44.90. Should have been offered something else or my money refunded. It never crossed the staffs mind. One more thing, ordered curly fries, received mixed fries, only a few curly fries on top of regular fries.

Rude on the speaker and waited 15 minutes for food the employee had no patience. Other employee come out to give food and spit while the bag was open. And still had food missing!!! There is no reason for any of this to happen at all. I’m typing this while it’s all happening in front of me smh.

customer service was not good.. My fries were half cook, the night shift needs to improve. The night service was rude and also the lady who brought my food out after having to wait along time just throw the bag in the car. If you don’t like your job you shouldn’t be working there.

Update 02/07/2025: more of the same poor service. Waited quite awhile in the drive thru, and when I did order they eventually had me pull to the front to wait for my food. After waiting over 10 minutes I went inside and there were no employees visible. Finally someone came from the back, and handed me an order that had been sitting there since I walked in. And that's just the service.
They messed up the order giving me regular fries instead of large curly fries. The cherry on top being they were way overcooked. They forgot to include the sauce I'd requested at the window.
This was a miserable experience for an already hard day.
Update 12/20/2024: Didn't realize the grilled cheese is DIY. And the sourdough bacon jack is BYOB (bring your own bacon... And sourdough)
