Went thru the drive thru, they are known for being open on holidays,but WHAT A MISTAKE!! Food was horrible l! Tasted sour ! Everything!! And the curly fries was a joke!! Crumbs only ! I got a call from mananger, supposedly would send me a gift card, haven't received yet, also offered me to come in and get more food, or offered refund. I haven't been back yet. Will let you guys know what happens? Regarding a refund, another meal, or the gift card

Me and my husband always order there late at night and the same black girl is there every night with a attitude giving us our order we are store managers at a fast food location so we understand if someone having a bad day but that bad customer service does push away customers and yelling and slamming the window while we give you the card is unprofessional behavior and needs to be checked

Who ever was working the window 8-6-2025, absolutely terrible customer service. My son had football practice at Pecan Grove and due to the weather we ran a little late. We stopped to order food but this is where the night got sketchy. The woman at the window, she acted like we were bothering her at 8:50 this evening. She had an attitude the entire time and didn't even want to answer my questions about specific promos. The order was wrong and the only reason I didn't go back to get it corrected is because I was skeptical about them doing something to my food. Of all the Jack in the box restaurants, from Louisiana to Texas this one has me giving it all one stars...something I never do. This place is a complete disappointment. There are to many others fast food restaurants, fried Chicken places, and even food trucks that are worth the visit. Avoid this place at all cost. Smh...unless you want attitude, a wrong order and cold fries.

I went to pick up an order at the drive through window at 2:56 in the morning July 3 Thursday. They took forever & it was totally unacceptable for the delay. A dark black lady was very rude towards me who had a nasty attitude from hell. She curse at me with profanity & she was on her cell phone talking & not paying attention to her customers. This is definitely uncalled for & I will contact the owner, General Manager & the Supervisor of this Location. That person has no business working there with a foul mouth & unprofessional attitude. Period!

This location has turned disgusting! Panhandling in the parking lot. Extremely rude staff. Can't get an order correct. All the employees sitting outside smoking at 12:15 am. Is this a business or a hang out? But the food was hot after a 25 minute wait in drive thru, with only 1 car in front of me, and made to pull around for them to bring me the incorrect order.

I passed by the Jack in the Box in Rosenberg on Ave H. They are a 24-hour location. A miss Amber was the attending Manager. She was very helpful with my order and saw to it my order meet my needs that evening. It was about 3am, and she was so pleasant to speak with . Some places I frequent for my late night delights are very curt , but here , this a.m. I was met with a beautiful smile and cheerful wave . The food was fresh, and my Hi-C drink was enjoyed after a 10 hr shift of endless running . I really enjoyed my meal when I got home. Thanks to Miss Amber and her team , they brought my difficult day to a pleasant end . I highly recommend this Jack in the Box because of their great attitude and great service.
Parking: Miss Amber was very nice . Some places i have visited are not as inviting.
