I have tried this place a few times and the people working just don’t care and they don’t know how to properly make their drinks. Will not be back to this location it’s worth the drive into sugar land to sweat water location.

It’s incredibly depressing that I can go to a Starbucks in New York City or Los Angeles and never have to wait more than 10 minutes. 15 minutes for a coffee. This location seems to use that excuse of being overwhelmed with mobile ordering, but why is it they can’t disable it like every other location when times are exceeding? The whole point of the mobile order is to have a pick up time.

Unfortunately we did not get the best customer service as expected, the young man that yoke our order had attitude and acted as we came in at a bad time because they were cleaning already 7:45pm . Not the serví you expect when you go to a place for the first time. Every customer should be treated as you want this to be the best experience ever.

I often get drinks for my wife and daughters and never had any negative experiences. No complaints on the drinks and the staff always had a great attitude when I stop by the drive thru.

If there were less stars I would give less. No one in the place. Waited 15 minutes for ONE Americano. Reminded staff and Lori could not care less. They all kept making to go cups instead of mine. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! After 29 minutes finally walked out with my drink. NO APOLOGY. NO ONE CARED EVEN AFTER I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO DO THIS REVIEW!!!!

I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks! Everyone is usually friendly and fast with service. This morning (1/06/24) I had a nice chat with an extremely friendly high energy worker. She seemed like the manager. If not she needs to be. She introduced me to a new pastry (vanilla bean custard) that was delightful, saved me some points with clearance merchandise, and was so delightful I had to write a review about her. She needs a raise. Awesome job.
