This Starbucks made my day. I don’t usually make my birthday a big deal but I do like to get my birthday drink. Whoever made my drink wrote happy birthday queen and I hadn’t notice at first until I was walking out but I had a huge smile on my face. Thank you so much for such a small gesture but it was as greatly appreciated.
Delicious every time
I came here many times, usually to pick up a coffee on my way to work. Last Saturday, I had the time to actually sit at the store to enjoy my coffee while trying to do some homework. Vanessa was very kind and attentive. She came by to ask if I need water. Before I left, I ordered a drink for my friend to go, and she got the order quickly for me. Vanessa was truly awesome.

The staff always has a great attitude, and some employees, like Mia and Lilly, go above and beyond to ensure customers are happy. Mia is recommended for making drinks, while Lilly's customer service makes visitors feel welcomed. This location offers sit-down seating, a feature that is appreciated by customers, especially since other Starbucks locations have removed seating. Although breakfast options may be limited at times, overall, customers leave satisfied. Some feedback indicates that service can feel rushed, particularly during busy hours. Despite recent price increases, the friendly service and welcoming atmosphere keep customers returning.
