Imagine making a footlong almost 11 dollars, yet only half of the sandwich has actual veggies/meat inside. The rest? Barely. More bread and mayo than anything else. I even left a 10$ tip for them, knowing how annoying food service is (worked many years in the industry) and I couldn't even get a little extra chicken? First and last time I go to this or any other Subway. Thanks for the terrible experience.

I dropped by this Subway on a Lazy Friday to grab a super late lunch.
Grabbing a BMT with Cookies and a drink.
More specifically, the Happy Gilmore meal package. In reality, it's the same meal with a $1 add-on drink (small cup)
Food is the same , ditto for the cookies and drink .
The music was crackling on the speaker and not too loud like other places for lunch .
I always say those lunch places play the music so loud to get you out of there and distract you from their crap food .
This place was ok to fair.
The only exception was this huge box at my knees.
Really , why was it in the store?
Well, I would recommend this location as well as most Subway locations because they heat up your sandwiches if you like and have new varieties. I do miss the old 1980s little sandwiches.
They were like $2, and the size of your palm and any sandwich in the store .
How i pine for the old days .
I recommend anyone to
drop by a Subway, grab a meal deal , try a new meal deal .

I go to this subway on my lunch break often. The lunch crew is phenomenal, those ladies do their job so efficiently! They pay attention to special requests when I order through the app. I love coming to this location during!

I've had good experiences at this Subway during the day, but unfortunately, the night crew left much to be desired. I went in for a salad, and the gentleman behind the counter informed me that they didn't have fresh salad available. However, after two more customers walked in, a fresh batch of salad was brought out, which seemed inconsistent.

When I asked for extra salad dressing, I was told that they don't add extra to salads, which felt strange since I've had extra dressing added at other locations in the past. To make matters worse, the other worker had her boyfriend hanging around behind the counter, which was unprofessional and distracting.

After all of this, I requested a refund, but I was told that the manager would not approve one, so there was no point in even contacting them. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location again. I will also be reporting my experience to corporate.

I hope management can address these issues, as I've had much better experiences here during the day.

If I could give this place zero stars I would . Little kids there working the counter and when I placed my online order and was charged I went to go pick it up and they didn’t have my order . They said they couldn’t make my order because the machine didn’t “ding”! I should them what they need to see to confirm I in fact had paid and still nothing . I asked to speak to a manager wasn’t in . I asked for employee name said she couldn’t tell me but that manager she talk to was Vidi or Vire . Which I doubt that’s the name . Subway do better and take care of your customers . They said call my bank to request a refund . Definitely lack training and customer service . Go to a different subway avoid this location .

We went on Oct 16, 2024 @ 6:50pm and got the worst sandwich ever and the worst customer service!!! There were 2 employees the taller one since they had no name tags was the one who poorly served us the sandwiches were made a mess and not ordered. My husbands sandwich got smashed when rolled up in the paper and had sauce all on the outside of the bread ! Will not be going back! Worst service ever by that employee!

Haven't been to a subway in a while, and I thought I'd give it a shot again.

First, the app is horrible. It changed my selected subway to this one, an extra 13 minutes away. If you decide to order, triple check that.

Second, I ordered a footlong with double meat. Sadly, I did not get that. You can tell from the pic that it is only the standard amount. In addition, they were really stingy with the amount of vegetables. The vegetables themselves were also pretty sad looking, definitely not fresh.

I tried going to the website again to contact subway, but it keeps having multiple issues (trying to change my password, access denied, repeat verification) so the specific location gets the review. I definitely don't recommend subway anymore, especially when there are other options around with so much better quality!

I've had multiple orders threw this store and mostly Mobile. I work a little down the way so I can walk within my lunch break easily and still have time to eat. The convince of ordering threw app is coupons, points, and no need for a card! I went to pick up my food with so many issues. I have them my phone number, the order reference number in my phone, the phone it's self, my full name, and they proceeded to ask me for my ID!!! Apparently to verify the name I gave them. even after showing them the order I my phone and the reference number the company gives you. This is a nice store, such a shame.shout out goes to this really cool guy that's been working there for a while tall feller. He's awesome and never had any problem with him. I Forget your name hun, but wonderful customer service. I'm the merch manager at Dollar tree and I'm sad to lose a lunch spot.
