Lady in the front was rude. Manager as well when i tried to tell him that his employee was rude and explain the situation he hung up in my face. When i asked for their names to report them to their supervisor they told me to just call the supervisor and see how that goes…. Shut this place down!!! Also saw the manager smoking a cigarette right in front of the store and goes straight inside with the smell . Terrible!!!!

A few months ago, this Wingstop was HORRIBLE. Very slow in making food and poor customer service. I tried this location again around October and its a complete turnaround. The manager and staff are very friendly, helpful, and my orders have come out on time and correctly. The new manager has turned things around!

When this place first opened the food was great and cooked very well. Ordered food today and it’s like no one cooks properly. My bone in wings didn’t even looked cook all the way and the fries were stale and hard. The ranch is my favorite dip and today it didn’t even taste good and it wasn’t even the slightest bit cold. Get your act together or you won’t be in business much longer judging by the other reviews. SMH do better and get your employees in line.
