This is a drive thru coffee shop so I can't really rate atmosphere. Also. It had only beverages. There were 4 of us and we all got different beverages. We were all very happy with them. The staff is minimal, which is all that was needed. They were fast and friendly.

My second time getting coffee from 7 Brew and had to come on here to say they made my order(Hot Dirty Chai w/ Oat milk) perfectly again. Along with the great drink for my day, I had the pleasure of seeing a smile worth slowing time down for which I’ll be thinking of for the rest of the day. Thank you again!

After my 3 drinks being messed up size and all they got the right size after waiting 10-15 minutes and multiple cars going around me in line we drove off just to taste our drinks were still wrong and I wasn't about to go get back in line again.I have since called the corporate office three times and left messages with no one responding

Didn’t have a great experience At all. Music was so loud, I had to shout from my car for a receipt.
While the staff was friendly when taking my order, The lid on extremely hot tea was not secured properly. Before I could even leave the drive-through, the lid came off and the tea spilled onto my hand, burning me.
The spill was also on my electronics and the printed materials.. it sucked. But what’s worse was no one offered to help me after. They just stared blankly at me as I asked for napkins quickly, and no one asked me if I needed help with my burned hand.
Emailed management - they haven’t responded further. Wild. I will not be recommending this place to my offices or anyone else going forward.

I was recommended to try this place out so i went over today and tried out the smooth seven for the first time. not only was was the drink amazing but the service was quick as well. i also appreciate the staff, specifically nat, for providing excellent costumer service
