Applebee's Grill + Bar

The food was great. The service was very lacking. Messed up our daughter’s wing order. Salt on the glass when we asked for no salt. Then my husband asked for a second margarita, and they brought him a shot of tequila. ???? He didn’t ask for that. Second margarita - salt on the glass. Our bill was $63 ~ we gave him the waiter $100. He tried to give my husband back 2 twenties. $40???? What are they smoking???? My husband had to seriously count out the money for him. 🤬

Experience and food was Meh!! Kind of like a generic version of chilis. The atmosphere was somber. It didn’t help that the ceiling squares and Ac vents appeared to have some sort of black mold. Applebees needs major help bringing it to life!!

It was our last day until the US and Austin so we decided to call in for lunch.

Halay our server was very pleasant and helpful and was definitely doing the job of 3 people.

Food was excellent and portion side and value for money top notch.

Atmosphere was a bit flat but it was a lunchtime session and not overly busy but enough to look like it was steady.

Great meal and would recommend if in rve area

Waited 20 minutes at car side to go to go in and be given cold disassembled wonton tacos. I was offered a dessert. I don’t want a dessert, I want a refund. If I wanted to make my food myself I wouldn’t have gone to a restaurant and then to have the nerve to give it to me cold when I had checked in at the time of arrival from your website. The only thing served here is audacity.

Kristine was our server and went above and beyond in making sure our food was right. She caught issues and fixed them quickly and fresh.
We came a bit late and people were rowdy at the bar and playing personal music from a speaker. Not a terrible vibe but definitely not kid friendly.
Otherwise we always love Applebees for their apps. And it hit the spot here.

5 ppl in the whole restaurant. One server. Plates dirty. Side dishes coming out before main dish. A manager is walking around but not helping out.

Avoid this location. Down to 2 cooks. 2 kids meals, a salad, pretzel sticks, and a beer $56. When did bread appetizers cost $12?! Every time I tell myself I’m never dining out again, I wind up finding myself at places like this and just get so disappointed with the boxed food.

The waiter was good, but it took over 10 mins to get our drinks when there was only a handful of people there. The food took 20 minutes again, they were not busy. The manager was too busy flirting with two men. They table next to us also were not happy with the service. The alcoholic beverages were weak as hell. The bartender was horrible. Never had such a horrible experience at this location like I did yesterday, 2/23.

I love apples but the people working at this location cannot get an order right to save their lives. have ordered maybe times online and 9 times out of 10 something is missing or incorrect. it’s mind blowing how slow their employees are.

The waiter had a great attitude, and he was friendly. Not sure if he was the only waiter working that night, but he was definitely all over the building. So it delayed him in serving us in a timely fashion.

The music was decent. Overall, the food was okay. Both the mashed potatoes and salmon were dry but flavorful. The broccoli was great! The spinach dip was good.

Awful experience. Will not be going back for sure. First, we waited like 10 minutes for someone to approach us and tell us where to sit. Then we waited a long time to order because the waitress was somewhere else. When we finally get the food we don't have any utensils nor napkins. When we told the waitress about the utensils, she didn't even apologize and took a while to go get them. This was really a very unpleasant experience.
