The young man at the counter was very nice and polite. He took my order immediately.
There were three people in the restuarnt who had already ordered, and two in the drive-through when I arrived.
I waited 15 minutes for my food. It was the $4.99 Monday special; something you would think they would be prepared for. I could see about 10 sandwiches already made and ready to go. They sat there under the heat lamp the entire time.
I finally gave my receipt to another customer so they could claim my meal. I walked out with no food.
This is not Fast Food.

Me and my girlfriend received some coupons in the mail and decided to use them after not eating at Arby’s in a while as this is the closest location to my house yet it’s a 20 minute drive. Walked in and we stood there for a decent time waiting for someone to come take our order but Devin helped us as soon as possible and took our order. He was extremely friendly and even answered our questions and explained on what we got with the coupons. The food was good and their curly fries were amazing. Their mozzarella stickers paired with the Arby’s sauce and marinara sauce goes hand in hand. The location is clean and the atmosphere is very welcoming. We will be coming back to this location.

Sad, just sad. Wanted to give Arby’s another chance after years of not going due to the nasty “food” they serve. Got their Monday special. It is what it is I guess. Small and underwhelming. Asked for arby’s sauce and received 1 pack for two orders and a bunch of that gross horsy sauce. Lame. Also order the mac n cheese which I just didn’t even get. Thanks for stealing from me.
Curly fry’s were so greasy you could oil the Tin Man for decades, plus there were random pieces of others fry’s in there. Lazy, just lazy. Last time I’ll ever entertain going to this or any dump of an Arby’s. Do better yall! Shut this store down and call it a day.

Best Arby’s in Austin. I get delivery often and the manager here ALWAYS takes care of me and gets my order right! Love her!
I love the original barbecue sandwiches with the chicken bacon and Swiss is wonderful too, and I like their other stuff
Got the orange cream shake at the drove thru and it was great. U should hv it all the time.
Ordered through drive. Order was correct and for the most part everything was not except for the curly fries that we ordered. Overall ok..not great or good just ok.. will give a 2nd chance.
Told my son they have really yummy sandwiches here. They were my favorite when I was a kid!
After reading the lukewarm reviews, I came inside to take my time and make sure the order was right. It took five tries to get someone to verbally confirm what I was saying. “Oh, you mean this?” No. “This one?” Still no. Two people trying to enter it, and they still got it wrong because they didn’t type it in right.
Fine, whatever. I took the bun off and ended up tossing half the cheese I did want. But then I saw the meat was pink in the middle. I love rare beef, but never from a fast food place. Threw the whole thing away.
We ordered the new brisket sandwich on line and when we arrived we were told they didn't have the brisket and would we like the pulled pork instead. We agreed but said to we needed the difference back in money back. The pulled pork was almost $2 less. We were told they couldn't do that we'd have to do it through a 3rd party. Not even sure what that meant. I ordered on their app. We did not get our money back, but they did give us curly fries instead for the difference. How can a restaurant that is advertising this but have the item available and to tell us no we can't give you your money back is totally wrong.
Fast food chains are always hard to rate unless you have really good or really bad service. This location is mostly average. No surprises

I cannot exaggerate this. This was the absolute worst fish sandwich I've ever eaten. Bottom of the barrel by far no fish sandwich has ever been worse than this one. Gross. Absolutely disgusting.
Just there at the drive through at 2:49:56pm they mess up both two orders of food I order a Reuben meal not at turkey bacon ranch sandwich
I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Arby’s. I hadn’t been in several years, but something made me give it a try during my lunch break. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I wanted. It was so good that I came back later in the week and had the same positive experience. Kudos to the management staff for running things so well!
I placed an order here and went to pick it up, but I ended up waiting for 30 minutes just to get my food. It was terrible. If you’re looking for fast food, do not come to this place. First of all, it was obvious they were understaffed—there were only two employees working, and it was a Sunday. Customers were waiting over 30 minutes for their orders, just like me, and some waited at least 20 minutes. Honestly, a complete disaster. Do not come here. If you want fast food, go somewhere else, because you will wait forever to be served.
Two Uber Eats and DoorDash drivers also came to pick up orders but had to leave because the wait was just too long. Unfortunately, this place is extremely slow and unorganized.”
Service was amazing, staff very friendly and food was good !!!
