Good evening, I am a lover of gastronomy and for my job I have to travel throughout the country.
I like to visit each establishment to see what their delicious food is like, since there is nothing like a good meal to feel like you are at home.
I asked the girl for butter or cream and she brought it after almost finishing my cachapa.
It should be noted that this is just a place, it does not have that good vibe that characterizes us and they close at 10 pm. They told several customers that they were already closing the kitchen when it was 7:29.
If you want to eat delicious food and feel at home, this is not the right place.

My favorite restaurant. We get it to go and every time our order is correct and the food is hot, fresh, and delicious.
We started going here when it was a little place with 5 tables in Killeen. So happy to see Arepitas expanding to new locations.

Arepitas in Round Rock is an absolute treasure! The food is fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care—it’s like a little taste of Venezuela right here in Texas but Texas style portions. The arepas are perfectly crispy on the outside and stuffed with generous, delicious fillings. Whether you’re trying the Llanera, Reina Pepiada, or something new, every bite is packed with authentic flavor.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. They’re always happy to explain the menu and offer great recommendations. It’s clear they take pride in both the food and the service, and it really shows in the overall experience.
Arepitas is the kind of place you’ll want to tell everyone about, but at the same time, keep as your own secret spot. If you’re in Round Rock and craving something unique and delicious, you absolutely need to stop by. Five stars for food, service, and heart!

Wow! I am in love with this place. Kind of in the pricey side but it’s worth it. Best Venezuelan food around Austin. The portions are big enough for you to get full with just one thing. The place has moss around which I love the design! Definitely going back again!

The food is fantastic! The atmosphere is in a strip mall, but the interior is pleasant and a step up from fast food. Service got off to a rocky start, but improved. The Pabellon is to die for. The crust of the empanadas is heaven on earth. Definitely worth stopping by. Go for the empanadas for an inexpensive treat!

First off, the staff are VERY friendly and welcoming and I felt like I was eating at a family friends house for dinner. It’s always nice eating at a place where you feel comfortable. The atmosphere is great. The food was amazing and very tasty. I got the Texan and it has so much flavor. Our waiter was very tentative and cleared our table quickly and checked up on us frequently. He was very sweet. We definitely will be back!!
