I used to be an employee there from 2015 to 2017 and seeing all the bad reviews between late 2017 to now really upsets me. I do agree with some reviewers who said that the current employees need to get proper training. I am so sorry y'all had to deal with people who weren't professional at all.. If I was still an employee there, I'd make sure that customers were treated with the utmost respect they deserve.

Deliciously smelling pretzels. I'm not too surprised at all the bad reviews of this one. There is nowhere to sit and eat your pretzel. This is in the Walmart, and it's a Walmart that has one-direction turnstiles. They didn't give me a napkin in the bag. The service was great, though. The case was full of fresh pretzels. I had an almond one and it satisfied me.

We have been at this place at least four times. Out of these visits of ours, three times we came across a hostess ( I saw her name ) Reema .Needless to say, the Pretzels she served were absolutely delicious, fresh & Crunchy ( as we had asked for).Also, she was polite & quick to serve, inspite, she was busy serving other customers as well.When ever we visit Walmart, we’ll make sure to visit Auntie Anne if we see, she is at the counter.H. DESAI
