We love Auntie Anne's, but we were disappointed that our pretzels were doughy and tough. Maybe overcooked or old? We came by 30 min before closing

Every time I go to this location they tell me the company isn't making the pepperoni pretzel anymore. Really? others stores have them. And you have them on your menu in the store and a giant picture in window. What's with the lies?

Pretzels are great, however the employees are very lazy and don't seem motivated. The store hours say they close at 7 and yet they have lights and doors closed at 6:20?
They said they open at 10 online but when I went at 10:30 the doors were locked and the girls were in there and didn’t acknowledge me. Awful!

I’ve always loved Auntie Anne’s pretzels but haven’t had them in a while. We went today for a homeschool field trip! It was really cool to have the kids make their own pretzels. & As always, delicious pretzels! ?

We participated in a homeschool mini-field trip today at this location, where the kids learned about Auntie Anne, the process breakdown, and got to make their own pretzels with the help of the staff, and I just wanted to give a big thank you to the ladies there that worked with all the kids.The process was smooth, and they were so kind and so patient with each child, and answered all the kids’ questions respectfully. The staff there this morning did a wonderful job, and we were happy and grateful for a pleasant experience!
Great location, friendly employees, and great management. Very clean, fast and efficient, by far the best pretzel shop in Round Rock! Thank you, Shelly and staff, for providing an awesome field trip for my son and his friends!
