They open at 11am and Ive never had an issue with the food or service. The staff is always warm, friendly and accommodating. They're fast and have the best teamwork I've seen from a fast food establishment.

Sold out of pretzels an hour before closing ..y’all can’t make anymore?
Horrible taste, horrible service… I will not return to this location or recommend anyone.
They don't close the time they say they close earlier
Closed at 6:44pm. When I got to the front door to open it, an employee pulled the door closed and locked it (while I was opening it, they jammed my hand in the process). When I looks confused the employee just shook his head at me. I asked if they were closed and he just kept shaking his head. Google says you’re open and your door was unlocked until I tried to open it… guess it was too much trouble to say sorry we’re closing early today.
Were closed when their posted hours said they would be open.
We love Auntie Anne's, but we were disappointed that our pretzels were doughy and tough. Maybe overcooked or old? We came by 30 min before closing

Every time I go to this location they tell me the company isn't making the pepperoni pretzel anymore. Really? others stores have them. And you have them on your menu in the store and a giant picture in window. What's with the lies?

Pretzels are great, however the employees are very lazy and don't seem motivated. The store hours say they close at 7 and yet they have lights and doors closed at 6:20?
They said they open at 10 online but when I went at 10:30 the doors were locked and the girls were in there and didn’t acknowledge me. Awful!
