This is about my 5th visit to the B-Lux. For our party of 7 the burgers and fries and drinks were all excellent as in the past. The service not so much. Our server was apparently stretched to cover too many tables and the wait times showed. It took a loonngg time for our burgers to come out and awhile for the server to come back with the bill. Was a bit disappointing as their food and drinks are really dialed in.

Our waiter service everyone around us at least 2-3 times before even asking us for any refill. Bring your own drinks here if you’re thirsty! $”Horrible waiters ! But great tasting food! Lemonade watered down.

You would think "express" for Togo orders would mean you might get your food in a reasonable amount of time....I ordered food at 12:34pm. At 1:20, I asked for a refund. I was asked if I could wait another 15-20minutes... Unfortunately, my afternoon convention session started at 1:00pm, so I was already 20 minutes late. So, I was unable to eat lunch at all. Very disappointing.

I tried to eat here during a conference I was attending and the efficiency of this place is completely non-existent. I ordered from the “Express Menu” and waited 40 mins and still didn’t have my food. The manager Mohammad and the waiter Berk were utterly incompetent. Avoid this place at all cost!

I wish I could give zero stars, but that's not an option. I was highly disappointed at the lack of the service I received here. My family and I visited here during our stay at Kalahari. The food advertised throughout the resort looked appeasing, but unfortunately I'll never know if it was good or not.

Our first time trying because we were visiting Kalahari. The service was bad. staff at bowling was not friendly. The food overpriced. My wrap had no flavor, my son order was wrong, was then corrected and he became ill with stomach virus 2 hrs later. I would not recommend 😐
Personally, I didn't like the food first, the potatoes were super salty. The burgers to be the most valuable for a cost of $20 were so simple and cold the bread felt old; it was unpleasant. I would never come back here again 🥲🥲🥲

There is unfortunately nothing about this restaurant is great! I’ll start by saying our server NEVER came to refill drinks or ask if we needed anything and it’s probably bc their tip is already included in the bill so they have no incentive to work for their tip, so service SUCKS! We paid 12.00 for macaroni and cheese off the kids menu, this is NOT made in house this is dollar box macaroni at best and I was extremely pissed to see that they are charging 12.00 for crap. My chicken bacon ranch wrap was so disappointing I’ve had a better wrap from McDonald’s. Expensive for no reason, food is not up to par and service sucks! Go off site and eat good, this is absolutely horrible that they are charging prices for food that is prepackaged and just warmed up.

Although what I got tasted delicious. The service was left to be desired. I ordered an appetizer chips and sauce and a shake that cost over $9.00. I expected it to be a large but it looked more like a small. With 1/4th of it consisting of whipped cream:(. But more concerning was the time I had to wait for the appetizer. 20-25 minutes!
