This is about my 5th visit to the B-Lux. For our party of 7 the burgers and fries and drinks were all excellent as in the past. The service not so much. Our server was apparently stretched to cover too many tables and the wait times showed. It took a loonngg time for our burgers to come out and awhile for the server to come back with the bill. Was a bit disappointing as their food and drinks are really dialed in.
Expensive mediocre food that took forever to come. 45 minutes before we got our meal and the appetizer came after our meal. No one that we interacted with was friendly and I don't know if they were short staffed or what but the people we did talk to seemed annoyed. 2 hours start to finish for an appetizer, a burger, wings, 2 kids meals and a shake. Insanity
Kid-friendliness: It was nice experience dining at this place. Our server, Behzad, was very attentive and patient as we were accommodating and helping three over-tired children. The food was decent and portion sizes were big. Could share if not too hungry.
