Had a gift card that a friend gifted my kids but the card machine was not able to read the card and the two kids there said they didn't know how to run the gift card other than swiping it. How am I supposed to use the gift card?? Not giving this place any business until they can figure it out.. it was my first time there too.. definitely not a good experience at all.
I ordered ahead so that I could simply walk in and pick up. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:20 pm. I showed up and all of the associates were just standing around talking. I asked for my order and a different order was handed to me. I told the associate that wasn’t my order they started immediately working on mine.

We love Bahama Bucks. They have really good snow cones with amazing flavor combinations. Only downside is they are a little pricey.
Terrible snow cone! I got a small (12oz) and kept it simple with 3 flavors: mango, passion fruit, and peach. None of them tasted like the fruit, not even a little bit. I pretty much had a cup of fruity flavor but couldn't define any of the flavor. The ice melts super fast. As I got down 1/3 of the cup (count from the rim down), the ice almost melted completely.

The first positive experience in this place in Round Rock, we ordered smoothies and we really liked it, freshly made with fruits and ice cream, good choice and smoothie is not super sweet that make appreciate them more! Love the interior and atmosphere too.

It’s so disappointing to drive all the way from Georgetown to get a snow-cone that doesn’t have enough syrup. I’ve come here plenty of times and it’s always the same thing! I’m going to have to keep making the extra drive to the Leander location.
