Haven't been in in a couple months but I've decided to leave the review based on old times I did. Been coming here since I was a boy. Never got the order wrong. Ice cream was top notch. I come in, get my cup of vanilla, and leave. All in one go, as it should be.

I don’t like to complain but I ordered 2 scoops and they were little compared to other BR I even told the guy that serve me and he said.. sorry that’s how my manager wants us to do it 👎🏻 this ice cream is not cheap and I love it but almost $9 for it is ridiculous 👎🏻👎🏻

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, the employees there were decent, they said hello and just laughed in the back talking to each other, I asked for pralines n cream and when I was looking at the other flavors while she gave me the scoop I saw at ROACH INSIDE THE ICECREAM BOX FLAVORS. while I was going back to my car to throw out the ice cream I SAW A BUG IN THE ICECREAM. I threw it out immediately and I asked my friends who were also frequent customers there, they have reported to see roaches on the floor and once saw ANTS IN THE CHOCOLATE DIP. This place is truly disgusting and I will NOT be returning, the service here is disgusting and terrible I have already called health inspection and will plan to sue.

We ordered a custom polar pizza online for pickup at this location a few days in advance. We arrived for pickup 10 minutes early, to learn not that maybe our order was misplaced and just had to be found, but that it was never made and to be told by the manager that it is our fault because ordering and PAYING for the order isn’t a legitimate order. We received a string of excuses that even when shut down and redirected for a solution, was restarted instead of moving toward a solution. We had to settle for things that were NOT remotely close to what we paid for the sake of having anything at all for our son’s birthday celebration. If you want anything custom, just know that ordering in advance with this establishment will not remotely guarantee it being honored in any capacity. And honestly, with the behavior presented by the manager, along with the employee watching videos on her phone strategically in a non-camera visible location, just go somewhere else entirely.

The employee that helped me was very RUDE! She had straight brown hair, more punk like clothes and these long green nails. She didn’t smile once and I was already having a bad day and she didn’t seem to care about customer service at all. As someone who’s worked in customer service before I know that your main priority is to keep smiling and being as nice as possible. I wasn’t rude but I wasn’t all happy and smiley either. I simply asked for a scoop and paid. She seemed annoyed when I asked for samples and she rushed to get me out of the store. Talking to her co-workers she seemed rude to them as well and the way she interacted with another customer going through the drive through seemed unacceptable to me. I think she needs to be fired immediately to make this place a better and more welcoming store. The few other times I’ve been here the other employees were very kind to me and did their job well. I would love to see some improvement with the quality of the people that are hired and how they handle hard situations. Ice cream was amazing though and its a decent store.

Good employees, good icecream, but the only bad thing was the manager, i saw the manager intimidating the employees, i could also hear her yelling at one if the employees in the back. The ice cream at Baskin Robbins is always amazing, and the employees are super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the manager comes off as rude and unprofessional, which takes away from the overall experience. Still, the great service from the staff and delicious treats keep me coming back.

my first experience at baskin robbins couldnt have been any better. the place was really clean the start off, and excellent welcoming customer service especially from this nice, respectful young lady who could also assist me in spanish. She is very welcoming with her smile as well. the ice cream was very good too and i’ll definitely be back at this location. 5 stars.

The girl that took my order was anything but kind and courteous. Obviously I don’t know everything about ice cream and it was like she thought I was stupid for not knowing what the cones are called off the top of my head. She also kept snapping at the people working with her and, from a managment standpoint, I would’ve immediately written her up for talking to anyone like that, regardless of her rank (she looked like she couldn’t have been over 16 anyways). She also had these big long neon green fingernails which is so gross to have on if you work with food and you’re not going to wear gloves. Sat inside and watched her serve multiple customers with the same hands without washing. From someone with food allergies, that’s terribly dangerous for cross-contamination, especially given those nails. Her attitude towards the other customers also really set me off, and I kept feeling like jumping up and yelling “would it absolutely kill you to say ‘please’ or ‘thank you’ or even smile?” She also was constantly on her phone right behind the counter which looks totally unprofessional. There was also this guy in a black shirt that was just standing at the counter talking to her for a long period of time. It was annoying because I was going to order some more ice cream to go when he moved and it felt like he never would. She also went and sat with him at a table inside while clearly still on the clock (in uniform, getting up and working every now and then and then sitting back down, etc.) while her poor team members ran the place solo. This is about when I left but I can only assume it didn’t get any better. Overall the place is not terrible, and maybe it’s just a staff training issue but I don’t understand how a person like that remains employed at a food service place. I honestly don’t understand how she even made it past the interview. I grew up loving Baskin Robins but odds are I will not be back at this location for awhile because of how infuriating this interaction was.

Our kids love Baskin-Robbins, but we received very unprofessional service—starting with the owner, who clearly lacks any customer service skills. When you walk in, they don’t even look at you or acknowledge you, let alone offer a welcoming attitude, despite the fact that we are their customers.

We ordered the flavor flight. The first employee started scooping the ice cream and put two scoops into the tray. Then the owner came over and said something to her, and another employee took over. He removed the scoops she had already placed and replaced them with noticeably smaller ones.

For me, it’s not about the size of the scoops—it’s about how poorly the situation was handled. The entire experience was disappointing

Nothing amazing, but I would say it is okay, I liked the cone with chocolate. The store is a bit small, but they have nice banks outside.

I ordered the banana split, the ice cream had pretty good taste. The server used “a bigger size banana split container “. He was kind enough add a sprinkle of nuts on top, but he tried to keep the bottom dry by adding almost none chocolate syrup… the whole banana split was like a miniature compared the container he used…I thought price should be less , but billed for $11.54
I was wondering if the server knows what is real banana split looks like. I will absolutely NOT recommend this shop… unless you want to be ripped off.

Ordered through Uber Eats and they got my whole order WRONG. I tried to call them to let them know and tell them I was going to reorder it, if they could please get it right the second time around, but they either DECLINED the call, or didn’t pick up at all. So after trying about 10 times to get someone to answer, I gave up. Horrible service.

Slow service and they handle the money and the cones without gloves on, touching both(the waffle cones and the money) with their bare hands. They forgot to give me one of my cones, so I waited and when they finally returned they asked what I was waiting for and if I had paid yet. Smh... the ice cream was average at best. Wish Round Rock had a Braums.

I ordered a medium chocolate shake for $10. Unfortunately, what I got was a chocolate milk that wasn't even frozen. The taste was also subpar.
