I have to give some special recognition to cake decorator Virginia. I had an event coming up and needed a last minute full-sheet photo ice cream cake within 36 hours. The Round Rock location was the only one I found in town that could accommodate it.
The image I uploaded presented some specific challenges, and I wasn't sure if my order could be completed at all, let alone on time.
Virginia called me soon after processing the order to talk through the request, highlighting her concerns without ever suggesting it couldn't be done. My design clearly presented a new challenge for her, but she genuinely seemed determined to help me find a solution. She was patient, professional, and communicative, following up again when she hadn't heard from me in a while (knowing it was a rush order).
In the end, the cake was 100% amazing. Better than I could have hoped for. I didn't think it would even be possible, but Virginia came through for me. Cake was ready right on time, on a Friday morning. The recipient was blown away, and the perfect printed image on the cake just made the whole event that much more special. Thank you!

I placed an online order tonight,Sun. Aug. 18, 2024. They called to say they didn’t have the 2 quarts of the pre packed flavor of the month I ordered did I want another flavor. I did not. I asked them to cancel. Was told to try myself to go online and cancel because he didn’t know if he could. Called the manager and she was extremely rude. I asked her to cancel order, she said she would and click. She had hung up without another word. Didn’t ask if there was anything else. Just hung up.

I got a last minute birthday cake done by the lady after being let down by the DQ IN PFLUGERVILLE. WHEN I CALL HER SHE DID NOT HESITATE TO TAKE OVER AND MAKE SURE THAT MY SON HAVE A HAPPY DAY ON HIS BIRTHDAY. THE CAKE WAS SO SO MUCH DELICIOUS ?. MY GUEST ENJOY IT AND JUST LEFT ME WITH A SLICE, A TINY ONE. ABOVE ALL THE LADY WAS VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL, WELCOMING AND RESPECTFUL. GOD BLESS YOU ABUNDANTLY MADAM.
