The Lunch Bento Boxes are amazing. And a great sized portion comes with an entree, 3 pieces of sushi, 2 pieces of gyoza and a salad. The Unagi (Eel) was delicious! Sweet, smokey and melts in your mouth. Easy recommend.

This place is soooo good. The food is delicious, it just finished renovations so it’s really nice inside. It’s a little pricey but I definitely feel like it’s worth it. Everything is fresh and delicious with large portions. You can split most meals. Whenever I visit my brother and sister-in-law we come here.

Not a great experience. The nigiri sushi was sub-par. No sushi bar at all. The uni was not fresh.

3rd time there. One of my goto Sushi places in Round Rock, Tx. First time there went before pandemic. 2nd time at the end of 2020 and just last week had some GREAT Sushi there. Me and my brother ordered the Shrimp Tempura, Godzilla roll, Spider roll, Mount Fuji with Seaweed wraps and some Fish Roe (not my thing). Very tasty great flavors and decent prices. I was just recently introduced to Sushi over 2 years ago. I love it and better yet, my kids love it. It gets expensive when teenagers wanna eat Sushi because it not that filling but its great food. Also, if you like Sushi, check out Sushi Ni Ni near Beluga. Word of caution, a REAL Sushi place should NEVER smell like fish. If it smells don't eat there.

We came here for the happy hour which is stated on the website as Monday - Friday, 5-6:30. The bartender/manager was rude when we asked for the happy hour menu, and he said they don’t have that anymore, a “COVID casualty” - more like a poor service casualty. It is NOT that hard to update a website. Update your website so you can be honest and up front with your customers. Get a manager who cares about the business succeeding.

Wow!! I moved to PF s couple years ago and heard this place USE yo be very good. I'm not sure if after the pandemic they hired the big guy, we'll just call him Mr. Beluga, behind the bar, but talk about the worst Hire ever. Was given the same Rude greeting as several of the other reviews here and was treated terribly the whole time. Was by myself, ordered miso and gyoza. Before I could finish my sentences he interrupted everything I tried to say with a rude tone. Then I ordered a margaritas, which ended up having a fruit fly in it. So I discreetly asked the guy to pour me another one since this one had a little added protein I didn't ask for. To which he tossed the whole drink across the bar, no apology, then haphazardly made me another(terrible) Margarita. After waiting for 30 minutes for my food I asked if he could put the playoff basketball game on the TV to which I got some rude response. While still waiting for my food he announce a Togo order(catherine) and a young lady who didn't seem to speak great English stepped up and repeated the name with a thick Spanish accent. To which Mr. Beluga responded "Catherine, you know, the way we say it in America". THEN a customer next to me was trying to order something gluten free to which Mr. Beluga was incredibly rude about letting her know they weren't gluten free friendly. Then looked at me and said "f!@$ gluten free". At which point I decided to get my tab and leave. I can't even understand how this place is even open with this monstrosity of an employee behind the bar. Worst restaurant experience I have had in years. NEVER GOING BACK!

This place is absolutely garbage! The staff is rude and refused to seat us. We walked in with a party of 9 and said "not going to happen" and walked away. We said we were fine with splitting up at a few tables. His words "if you want to wait 45 f***ing minutes, go ahead" in a extremely rude manner. Needless to say we walked out. Will NEVER try and come back here.

I have only had sushi once but it was good! Not the best sushi I have ever had but they were fast for my to go order. I will definitely be coming back!

Today I had, I think, the worst experience in this restaurant, and I have actually been to several, but I have come to ask for an order and I have been attended by a man with glasses, who I think has been the rudest person I have ever seen and who has attended me In all life. He does not take the time to look up, it is a very small restaurant with 3 or 5 tables set up and within his rudeness, he opened a magazine and without looking up he tells me that there are no orders to dispatch, that they have nothing ready and that I can try to try in another restaurant. I had previously requested deliveries through Uber Eats and the drivers always canceled my orders, now knowing this kind of staff, I understand why they canceled my orders. I'm taking the time to do this review just so that the person reading this for some reason considers going somewhere else if they don't want to have a hard time!

Bad day?I've gone there often and it's generally good but you may have lost a customer. Still under remodeling for over a year. Brought the family in and asked about the happy hour prices and was rudely told we are not doing that as he walked away. Website says happy hour is 5-6:30. Well since the website is not updated I'll let you know. NO HAPPY HOUR FOR YOU! ...It was a sad hour... I so wish SN just up the road didn't close down. Good luck Beluga.

I know a lot of reviewers have complained about the waiter at Beluga. Honestly he's a good guy and knows his food and sake. I simply love the cold sake and crunchy dog roll. Da best!!!

There is very little seating and the staff isn't very social. The food quality is nothing in comparison to the amount your paying for it. The sushi was warm when they brought it out and we asked to cancel our order. The server refused and said it's too late they're already making it. I've never been to a restaurant who not only refused to cancel the food we clearly didn't enjoy or eat and continue to bring more. We will not try this place again.

I'd like to give this place 3.5 stars. The food is okay. The service is okay. And it's WAY over priced. Lunch for 2 will run you about $100 for a 3 rolls and an app. $8.50 for nigiri is crazy! (Usually about $5-$6) and the fish was no better than anywhere else. They are currently renovating which didn't bother me at all. One person that was the server/bartender/host did fine. I wouldn't go back though.

Man look come get you some good sushi and some good drinks. Great atmosphere. Real Japanese food.

Recently dined here and was totally unimpressed. While I must note they are in the process of remodeling , the place lacks any atmosphere and gives off a unkept appearance. The sushi is average at best. Place just doesn’t make the cut for me.
