Gonna be completely honest, our waitress Alyssa was VERY rude. her tone when taking orders, the little comments she makes, and we were there for a fundraiser, and she was talking to a table right behind us when they asked why it was so busy, and she responded with “it is a highschool fundraiser, it is a SLAP IN THE FACE to us” very unprofessional and rude. This needs to change. I’m sorry. But the food and drinks . Delicious! Just change the attitude.

Came for date night and had a great time. Our server Samantha was so kind and friendly. She checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. We got appetizers, entrees, drinks, and dessert, everything came out quick and yummy!

First visit, seated immediately, drink order taken a few minutes after, then food order a few minutes after that, food served maybe 20 minutes later, food was excellent, host was great, decent music, highly recommend.

There is another bj down the street, I would drive thr extra 10 min. I been too this location multiple times thinking the service was a one off. No everytime the service team has been horrible. Dont come back to the table, food stays in the back, forgetfulness, messes up orders, incomplete orders, waiters dont understand the system they use, or the yndint know the menu. Food is ok when it comes out on time, my tortilla soup is always missing avacado, melting ice cream on the pazookie only because the food isn't brought out when its ready. Atmosphere the location looks like every bjs. After trying this location over 7 times I won't be coming back.

Waited 20 minutes for ice cold food. There seemed to be a shortage on staff members. Manager couldn’t be bothered to even ask why food was being sent back. My family and I will not be returning. My advise, avoid this place like the plague

Spadey(our server) completely turned my opinion on BJs around, after refusing to go to BJs after almost 8 years, from previous bad experiences, I just had an incredible dinner with my wife. Absolutely sold and coming back again soon.
