Really good coffee. I always recommend the Blended Caramel Blondie to anyone stopping by. Staff was great, went above and beyond. This location’s music was overwhelmingly loud so I had to leave to take work calls so keep that in mind if stopping by for a workspace.

I stopped by Black Rock Coffee Bar and loved the vibe of the place. I tried the truffle-flavored drink, and it was so rich and unique—definitely worth trying if you’re into bold flavors. The staff was friendly, and the whole atmosphere was welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Poor service, no staff and took 35 minutes to get coffee through drive-thru.
The owner of management needs to hire competent baristas.

Waste of time!

The order was placed online.
And you go to the store assuming it's ready for pickup.
After waiting at the counter for a while, someone finally asks for the name. Then they start searching for the order receipt, and only after that they begin preparing the order.

I was extremely hungry and needing to take my medicine 💊 I googled a breakfast shop near me and landed here. Horrible customer service. Staff was too busy to help me get food. The only thing they sell is just coffee ☕️ No selection of food and no respect for military service members. I have a hat on that says US Army retired and they still don’t care to help me. Stay away from this place please 🙏🏾

Was honestly expecting a lot more. Got a latte and a smoothie. Latte was meh, not great, but did the job. Smoothie was the disappointment. Tasted like slightly flavored water. The staff was friendly, but that doesn't save much when the product they're selling is subpar. 2/5

I like the coffee, food is meh. The baked things are generally good but the tacos are reliably terrible and taste like they've been sitting around for hours. My biggest gripe though is the music blasting... it's nearly impossible to have a conversation with someone there. If you ask them to turn it down they act annoyed and tell you they will but they don't. The option is to go outside where there is very little shade and loads of road noise and traffic fumes off 620. It seems like the employees cater to themselves before the customers. Poorly managed.
