Update 2/29 Black Rock Owner reached out and apologized for the inconvenience while giving me a free drink. They handled everything kindly and professionally, I do love it here and will be returning due to how well and efficiently the issue was handledUpdated review 2/28 Black Rock never reached out even though they replied to the review, we went again today and were given the completly wrong food, we ordered bean and cheese Tacos and were given Migas, how do you get that mixed up?? They even repeated the order back to us over the Intercom and still got it wrong.This is my favorite place to go to get coffee and I'm considering not coming here anymore, the quality of their lids are terrible and do not seal the cup, their coffee has spilt on me way too many times and have now stained one of my shirts, I always check to make sure the lid is on all the way and everytime it seems like it is and then I tilt the cup to take a drink and it spills on me. Every. Single. Time. I'm over it, buy lids that do their job.

Every time i come here the coffee is great. They even make my drink exactly how i like it and not too sweet. I prefer black rock to that mermaid 100 times over ? ? the flavor of the coffee roast is superior.

I used to come here everyday and order the same things. I give this place chance after chance. It’s either day old tacos (I’m Hispanic I know what day old tacos taste and look like) and they manage to get my order wrong, but never try to fix it. I already spend a good chunk of money here when ordering you’d think they would try to make it right. Highly recommend you to not waste your money here.

Came in late afternoon for a coffee and despite being the only person working both the drive through and the counter Demi our Barista was calm and had a really positive attitude and she was killing it!! Taking each order and making it in stride!She was handling it smoothly and stayed up beat the entire time we where in the lobby!

i know its holidays but waiting for 20 mins due to lack of workers is terrible. If you can't handle the business then you should not open.
I tried the Elvis. It was good. We buy Lunch with Elvis coffee, (we love peanut butter and banana coffee) so I was expecting something similar. It's not similar.

I visited for the first time and was unsure about what to order. The front counter person was incredibly helpful, patiently recommending their popular drinks. I decided on the "Blackout" (hazelnut & mocha), and it was a delightful blend. The hazelnut's nuttiness and the mocha's light bitterness were perfectly balanced, with strong coffee that didn't overshadow other flavors. The shop is clean, spacious, and ideal for a quick meet. Highly recommended!

Great ambience and decorated seating area. We ordered mocha and it was good. Although my husband suspected that they used coffee machine instead of someone making it because it got ready in 2 mins plus it wasn't that hot. May ask for extra hot next time. Convenient location.
