I visited Brasas Peruanas for lunch with my husband and overall we had a good experience! The food was made fresh to order. I ordered chicken soup, a beef empanada and fried rice while my husband ordered a different version of chicken soup that included noodles and pork and potatoes. He enjoyed his his meal as well. While I was not a fan of the soup (texture was off), the empanada was delicious but was only stuffed halfway. The fried rice was delicious. Service was slow as there was only one waitress serving all patrons.

The sopa de pollo and the arroz con pollo were amazing.
I enjoyed this place! It wasn’t as delicious or as pretty as another local Peruvian restaurant I have been to, but the food here was tasty and enjoyable. I got to try some new flavors. The waitress was kind and attentive.

We had the empanadas, steak & chicken. They were delicious! The Inca Kola was a great match. Definitely going back again!

The food here was honestly a huge disappointment. I know Peruvian food is hard to get right, but the arroz con mariscos tasted like plain tomato paste with seafood tossed in, no seasoning at all, more like boxed Mexican rice than a real Peruvian dish. The lomo saltado was just as bad, watery tomato paste sauce, no salt, no flameado flavor, and bland fries that felt like an afterthought. The chicha morada was bland and missing the warm spices that make it stand out. The only good things were the anticuchos, which actually had the right flavor, and the alfajores, though the dough needed a touch of salt to balance the filling. Overall, this place failed to capture the real essence of Peruvian cooking and left us completely unsatisfied.

One of my favorite spots here in Round Rock.
We like the Adobo Pork, Rotisserie chicken, and any steak meal. We pass on the seafood here. Also, you can't go wrong with the empanadas. They are sweet, so understand that it's mixed with savory.

This is one of the few places with a good Peruvian cuisine in Texas, We were visiting Austin for the weekend. I was hesitant when goole brought me to this peruvian restaurant, the appearance doesn’t look attractive but the atmosphere and the server are very friendly and nice. We were patty of four, we ordered last night rotisserie Peruvian chicken, the flavor was unique accompanied with the Peruvian sauces and fresh salad, aguadito (soup) was very tasty, and we close with picarones ( Peruvian donuts) all was fresh and tasty, we couldn’t wait until today we visited this again for lunch. Highly recommended.

Food was outstanding! Very fresh and cooked to order. Our server gave great advice when asked. This was our first time eating here and we will be back a lot more. We wished we had taken pics from the appetizers to the cookies we took home.
Atmosphere just one star less as it was very very hot, but I guess it's typical TX weather and hard for the AC to keep up.
