Place was severely understaffed, I observed the one cashier multitasking between the drive through, inside customers and directing other people in the kitchen. She was pretty good at it but they need more help!

Fries seem to either be a little old or really really hot but the whoppers are my favorite so I can't be mad. I wish they had those stupid dyed colored burger buns all year round cause it's my favorite thing it looks so funny. pretty patties

Horrible horrible horrible. This was the second time in a row they didn't get the order right. We already waited in the drive thru for 20 mins. We thought they put everything in the bags and said it was our order . We tried to call them to get a refund or something but the person barely couldn't figure out what we were saying. Don't not waste your time or money at this location . Worst service ever.

Understaffed. Undertrained. The lady was packing food taking drive thru and the register in the front. Waited in Drive through for 10 minutes. No one answered. Parked and went inside and waited another 5 minutes. Then food came and The macaroni bites were stale.

Believe it or not, we are here for the first time as a family a couple of weeks around I'm the evening time around 7pm . Abigail assisted us at the register and was very helpful and nice. She honestly made the experience worth it.

The lady in the drive thru around 1:25am doesn't understand english very well and was very rude and unapologetic towards me when I attempted to communicate
Haven’t had Burger King in a few years. It’s the same great tasting burger that I used to eat when I was overseas, on a US Army post, 30 years ago. Service was great, food was hot, and the establishment was clean! Glad I dropped in on a Wednesday, last afternoon.

Asked for all our food to be cooked fresh.The manager did just that,then came back around to make sure everything was okay.
I was charged through my app but the store never received the order. When I asked manager Saul Jimenez about it he quickly dismissed me and didn't want to do anything to help and told me that it was as if I were to order McDonald's from the burger king app and there was nothing he could do. Even though I was showing him where my card was charged.
