I love this place. The frozen javaccinos are amazing. The Philly omelet is delicious and filling. I love their French toast as well. My only disappointment is that they don't have crepes on their everyday menu. When they do offer strawberry crepes as a day special, I highly suggest making the trip out. There is such a wide selection of coffee flavor options and they are all good. The atmosphere is interesting, with lots to look at and the decor sparked much discussion.
The staff is friendly and attentive. Some days there is a waitlist for seating, but it is worth the wait.

Okay so I went to get some breakfast at Cafe Java and was told that it will be 20 to 25 minutes wait time. After 47 minutes went by, I finally got a table. Ordered breakfast and wasn't impressed at all. I would say that the wait time and food quality isn't worth it. Just go the Carckel Barrel

I hate writing this review the most.
Because the line is already so long.
The best neighborhood spot, especially for breakfast.
I LOVE the online waitlist option. We live close so we can sign up, wait at home until we are 1 away.

We were in the area and took a chance on this restaurant based on pictures and reviews we saw on Google. We will definitely be going back next time we are near. The wait was not too bad and it was worth it. The food was delicious and our waitress was very helpful.

Very nice little place in a strip mall. The food was outstanding and very reasonably priced. Huevos rancheros were delicious and plentiful. Good coffee!

Tried this place because I uses to go to the Metric location many moons ago and we're rarely this far north, but I wasn't impressed. Hostess is there only to let you know your table is ready and point to it. The point led us to a table awkwardly positioned to where my chair kept getting hit when servers walked by and even got a full on butt rub when the lady in the table behind us sat back down from going to the restroom. We had to wait over 5 mins for our server to come and bring menus. By that point we had already looked at the menu online but she would only take our drink order. When she finally got back with our drinks we were more than ready to order but she insisted she would be back. A total of 15+ later we finally ordered. A couple items we sold out, which is understandable so late on a Sunday, but the server should have led with that. We got our food in a decent amount of time although it was a bit cooler than it should have been, if brought when it was done, instead of sitting under a heat lamp. The eggs are not great and reminding me of McDonald's crepe eggs. Chicken fried steak and hashbrowns were good. The sausage patties were the best thing there. Server of the year only showed her face after we'd been sitting there for at least 10 mins after our last bites, and even fitting in a bathroom break, to ask how everything was. She was quite chipper and acted like a completely different person than when we first got there, I'm guessing since it was almost going home time. I think we'll just stick with Home Kitchen and their wait times because the food there is far superior.
