The shrimp was okay. It was just shrimp, no seasoning or butter. The garlic bread smelt like it came out of a dumpster in TX summer heat. It was in the 60s outside. The grilled "blackened" catfish had a few flakes of pepper on it and was raw in the middle.

Best priced crawfish around me. Corn and potatoes was excellent. Got the Louisiana seasoning and a side of butter and dry hot seasoning. Crawfish were huge. Good service and enjoyed the decor.

Well, I came here because it has 4 stars, and it's Fri we Christians eat fish during lent season. We'll service is OK. Food is not. There's a lot of spices but not Flavor, is missing a lot of SAZON! The pulpo has a lot of huajillo but not flavor, and it's not grilled! We had to leave the food, but we literally had to dip our fried tilapia in the king crab sauce. Which is very sad all that food and and $ to waste. Put some salt and garlic on the fried fish. Or something. I will not be coming back unless they Sazon!

The food here was really delicious. The catfish was well prepared and the Cajun crawfish, though small, were delicious and well prepared. The crab legs in combo five were a little overcooked, but the food was still pleasant and they nailed the potatoes and corn and shrimp as well. Wasn't very crowded so the service was good and they checked in often. Great open space, very clean, and overall great vibes.

This place sucks. Walked in - party of 7, we waited 15 minutes for a table - place was kind of empty. We finally get seated and we are waiting again Just to put in a drink order. Waiting... Finally we flag someone down and we give her the drink order and food order- then she says our table isn't hers. Okay? So then we let a male know that drinks have not been brought out - so then someone comes and brings the incorrect drinks out- sodas were incorrect. We have a toddler and two kids with us and they were very hungry at this point so we walked out. A lady tried to say our food was coming and I let her know our children are hungry and we will not stand around waiting for them to get their crap together. If you value your time- this place AINT it and will close down soon. It has potential to be a nice set up but tables are sticky, restrooms smell and the place just overall looks filthy.

I came in today to from out of town to have a nice seafood bag and when placing my order I was rudely greeted by Teresa and it immediately ruined my experience. She was very unpleasant and rushed me to order. After completing my order and paying, she shorted me my change by $20 dollars. When confronting her she gave be attitude and when asked for a receipt she said were out of paper and refused to correct it. I’m sorry to say but after this if I was ever in round rock and wanted sea food again I’d go to joes crab shack.
If i could give them 0 stars I would. This is one star for Teresa, Teresa is going to run this establishment into the ground. Teresa lied multiple times over the phone about being the manager, she lied about not being able to give refunds, she lied about my order being completed. i had to CALL the POLICE to get a refund that is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Teresa claimed she could not get a hold of her manager but when the police arrived she all of a sudden was on the phone with him. Teresa also lied and said there was no receipt attached to my order and tried to short my change by several dollars. Teresa is about 5’3, 98 lbs with black hair. she has a very rude spirit and is very vindictive . there is a reason why they have slow business because the customer service is terrible, she did not make me feel welcomed and she brought my food out in two minutes which is very suspicious for a seafood restaurant.

I had came in today to place a to-go order and the lady I was greeted by originally was so sweet and helpful, Theresa or Teresa had taken over and she was not welcoming or nice at all. at first she proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t change my order even though my cash was still in her hand and not the register. then when i asked to cancel the order 5 minutes after i placed she told me i couldn’t because it was already made. i have never been to a seafood restaurant where the seafood only takes 5 minutes to cook. Theresa and her attitude made my overall experience very bad. i would go to a different juicy crab if i was you.

I questioned the mgr and she said she was not aware we requested replacements... well, by this time I was very unhappy - she put on discount of 8% - I went to face the mgr and told her half of our meal was not edible and demanded 50% off. She did that.One more thing is that the bathrooms are not clean and smell horrible.... as if I am in some 3rd world... this place has dropped from a good place to one I would and will avoid - recommending the same to others.

What a disappointment. This is horrible seafood. It has no taste. I didn't even eat my fries. There were hardly any customers. I'm visiting from Chicago and was referred here. I was completely bamboozled.
