Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I had never heard of Charlie's before noticing them while visiting a local Walmart. I would put Charlie's in the category with other chains like Mike's or Subway.

I asked for a regular cheesesteak and was served a nice six-inch sub. The bread was soft (not an amerosa roll but a proprietary similar product). However, what I noticed immediately was lettuce and tomato on the sandwich. Um, NO!

Apparently, they offer a selection called Old School Cheesesteak, which doesn't have tomatoes and onions. Anyone from Philly will emphatically tell you NEVER put tomatoes and lettuce and a cheesesteak.

I threw those off the hoagie, and it tasted pretty good. The meat while 100% USDA choice looked like pre-cut minute steaks, again not a bad taste. I guess when you expand the chain, you have to find a way of quickly making orders, and that product works.

I have moved away from subs in this category. Probably won't be back, BUT try them out and go Old School for sure!

Very clean store and excellent service!

Would be an adequate lunch stop if it wasn't stuck inside a noisy Wal-Mart. Only stopped because I was on a time crunch and wanted a cheese stake food and service was okay. It was a bit expensive for what I got and the I already mentioned the atmosphere was poor.

Don’t order from here! I ordered a curb side pickup when I got there I checked in like the email said! Responded with the parking lot number, and waited 20 mins after the pickup time no food tried calling no answer so I got out went inside and they had literally no customers in there act like they didn’t know any English but understood everything I said gave me cold food told them to remake it and had to wait very bad experience don’t recommend!

I love eating at Charley’s Philly Cheesesteaks.
I’m grateful to see a location outside of a mall. I wish Charley’s would have more locations.
I love their beef and chicken cheesesteak. I love their fries too.
I just wish this place wasn’t so small, hardly anywhere to sit to eat.

Attempts to eat here previously were unsuccessful due to timing....today I actually was in area during the hours this store is open....GLAD I TRIED THEM in a world where we constantly get short end of the stick Charley's went way past expectations I tried the 20 boneless wings with regular fries special 18 bucks I chose teriyaki and bbq both tasted great but what shocked me was the size of the chicken and fries you get your money's worth here I will be back for more...and the chicken is very soft and moist GREAT JOB FROM CHARLEY'S imo this will become a regular stop for me when time permits

That was some of the grossest food, by far the most disgusting cheese steak, I've ever had. It tastes so beyond processed and cheap and, dare I say, worse than fast food :/ It's my own fault for taking Uber eats up on a buy one get one deal and risking trying a new place that I believe is located in a grocery store or a mall or something which is never a good sign... either way very cheap fast food like food. I'm really bummed that I just spent 30 something dollars on food like that :(

The food was bland had no seasoning on the Philly cheesesteak just wasn’t good at all
