Chick-fil-A Louis Henna Drive-Thru Only (No Dining Room or Playground)

When we are traveling with our kids I find it unacceptable that Chick-fil-A has gotten rid of all their playgrounds but yet they haven't updated Google and it still shows pictures of a playground. We love Chick-fil-A I would much rather stop at Chick-fil-A than McDonald's but this has happened to a so many times with Chick-fil-A now we are just going to stop going to Chick-fil-A.

I ordered the chick fil a potato chips and they gave me the original bag instead, I came back around and told them how they messed up my order. They asked for the chip bacg back which they’re not supposed to do in the food/fast food industry that’s a health hazard . And took forever to give me the correct chips, they wasn’t even busy females giggling and looking at me waiting. Highly disappointed.

We do mobile drive-thru orders here at least twice a week, and occasionally sit in the small outside area. They are quick, accurate, and very friendly. We've had mistakes in our order, but VERY rarely and still way less than other restaurants.

This was the first time I had a bad experience here. I wasn’t going to leave a review until this location got THREE STRIKES.

I opened the bag and was immediately disappointed because I had no sauces. Okay, fine, do I need sauces? No, it’s extra calories. I’ll be okay.

After eating 12 nuggets, I got thirsty. I thought, “Okay, at least this drink is going to be so refreshing!” Oh, no straw. Okay, I’ll make it work. I’m still trying to be optimistic.

THEN, the worst of it all happened. 😭

I took one bite of a fry and it was the SALTIEST fry I’ve ever had (in a bad way) at Chick-fil-A. And to top it off, you can tell they’d been sitting around at the bottom for a while, hoping some sucker would take them home. It was me. I wasn’t the sucker. 🤣

If this had been my first experience at Chick-fil-A, I would have been confused about the hype, because this was NOT anything to get excited about. But hey, the nuggets were good, so we at least have that to be happy about. 🥹

I'm a regular customer of this fast-food restaurant, and I know from experience that their quality and service are usually top-notch. However, this location is the worst. From the girl who served me at the register to the manager, and even though I clearly overheard her speaking rudely to another employee, it was incredibly rude and showed a complete lack of customer service. That's why I'm giving it this rating, and I won't be visiting it again, much less recommending it. This particular location is completely useless.

Usually good but not tonight.
Ordered 12pk nuggets and got some grilled chicken in a cup when it said 12pk nuggets on receipt.
Long workday and was looking forward to this only to be disappointed.

Literally takes double the time or more to do a mobile checkout order. It’s honestly a joke. You should prioritize the people using the app. Not make us feel like an afterthought or inconvenience.

The food is usually normal for chick FIL a standards. Though a drink was messed up one time and a chicken sandwich was thin and tasted older. Service is not as good as other chick FIL a places cause how they structured the building. They basically disconnected the customer and workers. The biggest reason I put two stars is the sole outdoor seating. Why would you have only outdoor seating in the state of Texas? No one wants to eat hot food outside in 80+/90+ heat. To add onto that, other fast food places right next or near the building have indoor seating. Everything makes a bad combination to being it down to 2 stars. But I guess if you're a grab and go kind of person it's not so bad.

Sloppy’s Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. They Slow and lazy. Not what I’m used to with Chick-fil-A‘s. You can visibly spot the problem.
