I would give it 0 stars if I could. Employees were very disrespectful and gave me attitude for no reason. Everyone there is very rude. I got my order and came to eat with my sister to her job. While we were eating there was hairs on our sandwich and fries. I called the store and manager told me to just take it off and eat it like that. Very disgusting manager. Save your time and don’t come to this chick fil a.
I ordered online to pick up in the drive thru. The app is fast and easy. Using my location, my order was processed as I arrived closer to the restaurant. My order was ready when I drove through the line.
I cannot believe this. I ordered 2 meals through Uber Eats and it was taking too long that 2 delivery drivers had to leave because of wait times, then my whole order was cancelled after waiting almost 40 minutes. I re-ordered the same thing through Uber Eats again which were 2 sandwich meals and only received 1 whole meal and a drink from the other one! I’ve never had any issues with this store and I can’t believe they missed the most important parts of a meal!! Also, I didn’t receive any of the 8 chick-fill-a sauces that I put on my order!!! Uber Eats only gave me $5 back for the missing items this is unbelievable.

It is really hit or miss with the employees here. Sometimes you get what you ordered and they are attentive and kind.However, many other times they will give you an 8 count instead of the 12 you ordered. They will leave off the cherry and whip cream on your milkshake despite you ordering both. They will give you half filled waffle fries. They will also ignore the take out window's door bell and leave your food getting cold on the counter.

Girl at the window was rude and Fries half empty and they put napkins in it to hide the fact it was half empty. Also no my pleasure. Love Chick-fil-A lol. I’m gonna figure they were having a bad day so no biggie.
