Outstanding Service from Taegan! Taegan truly makes every visit amazing. He is extremely friendly, very helpful, and always takes the initiative to make sure customers are well taken care of. His customer service is absolutely superb and goes above and beyond expectations. Because of Taegen, we genuinely love coming back to this Chick-fil-A branch in Round Rock. He is a great asset to the team and deserves recognition for his excellent work!
Today was my first day visiting this location. It was a great experience. As we were sitting waiting for our order, Jeorge walked by and ask if we needed anything. He came to check on us a few times during our visit . He Made sure we had everything we needed and I am so thankful for his kindness and customer service. He was very attentive and made our experience very pleasant. Will definitely come back! Jeorge deserves a raise!

The food is classic good Chick-fil-A food, but it does take a lot of time to get your food inside and drive through. Usually around 5 to 10 minutes. The staff are friendly but dont have that Chick-fil-A spirit customer service. Everything the staff doesn't say my pleasure I except a undercover agents to come out of nowhere and correct it. The events they have are awesome, my daughter has a great time.

I ordered from here yesterday. When I got home I noticed I was short 3 Chick-fil-A biscuit chicken sandwiches.when I called the lady on the phone mentioned that “the girl that bagged the food says she remembers bagging them” 😏 basically calling me a liar. I said she probably got confused with the 3 butter biscuits I ordered. I’ll just take the loss of $11 & change.. this is my 2nd time at a Chick-fil-A in texas and both have been utterly disappointing.

I'm not sure what's happened lately, but the last three times we've ordered here, there's been issues with our order.
For example, the last three times I've ordered a 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweet tea, through the app so zero chance of misunderstanding while ordering in person, and received a 1/2 unsweet 1/2 lemonade or other various creative concoctions, none of which are how I like my drink. Another is ordering no pickles and somehow getting extra pickles, ordering a breakfast burrito with salsa and getting no salsa, and the list goes on believe it or not. Normally it's not a big deal, we get mistakes happen especially if it's in a rush, but it's almost every item in the order, every time we order, which is almost impressive.
I hate to blast like this, but we only eat out a few times a month and usually spend our hard earned money coming to cfa. I've been looking forward to my tea all day, waiting to get home, and my patience for the inability to read 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweet tea is nonexistent.
If I wanted to clock in and check my order to make sure it was how I ordered every time, I'd just go next door to McDonald's. Don't waste your time here, the Georgetown location is better and faster. I haven't been to the other locations nearby but I can't possibly imagine it could be worse than the one sided vendetta this location has against handing out the right order.
