Today was my first day visiting this location. It was a great experience. As we were sitting waiting for our order, Jeorge walked by and ask if we needed anything. He came to check on us a few times during our visit . He Made sure we had everything we needed and I am so thankful for his kindness and customer service. He was very attentive and made our experience very pleasant. Will definitely come back! Jeorge deserves a raise!
The food is classic good Chick-fil-A food, but it does take a lot of time to get your food inside and drive through. Usually around 5 to 10 minutes. The staff are friendly but dont have that Chick-fil-A spirit customer service. Everything the staff doesn't say my pleasure I except a undercover agents to come out of nowhere and correct it. The events they have are awesome, my daughter has a great time.

Taegan truly makes every visit amazing. He is extremely friendly, very helpful, and always takes the initiative to make sure customers are well taken care of. His customer service is absolutely superb and goes above and beyond expectations. Because of Taegen, we genuinely love coming back to this Chick-fil-A branch in Round Rock. He is a great asset to the team and deserves recognition for his excellent work!
